I believe Drac, is doing an unbelievable job. A person of his age still competing at levels half his age is extraordinary. I believe anyone going into training camp is never in shape, hence you entering the camp to begin with. The mere determination he had at the end of the clip shows a lot of determination and mental toughness/heart. If you have heart in a fight you def. have the upperhand no matter how much skills you bring to the table.
