Im building an Lq4 should I go with the Stroker? or just the .030 over bore. Was thinking about both and building a fully forged 408 but if the stroker is not worth the results I dont want to spend the dough

Stock 1.7 Rockers, you mean LSA? The LSA is 110+2 advance ground in. Pistons are very nice quality for the price. Mahle pistons already come coated.

If you have the extra $1,100 for a 4" crank then a 408 is definitely the way to go. Nothing bad with the 370CI, but a 408 can make insane torque.
