no it's not magic, and it is skilful, cause you need to split the two cards (yes, there are two cards) slightly enough that the glass can balance but not so much that it's obvious. Very skilful, yes, mystical, no.

@latuacantante121 its not like that he cutted 1 card into two, and he placed one part of the card on the back of the full card,and the glass can balance on 1.5 cards upper view: T the -is the full card , the | is the half

Now TECHNICALLY this would be impossible with just one card because the liquid is moving around in the glass, causing imbalance and the yellow urine would dump into your lap. But, of course, this IS magic

it really wouldnt matter how thick the cards are, you really cant balance a glass with that high a center of gravity without some trick.
