Stever Kerr wants to lose up tempo so he hires Porter, but then uses Porter as a scapegoat....You cant give a guy like 3 months to adjust...and he simply brings back the system he knew wouldn't work.
I am also a huge fan of the phoenix suns with shawn marion, tim thomas, kurt thomas, etc. The Run & Gun phoenix suns.
However, Shaq doesn't suck. I think you forget he is a 35 year old man, who was more dominant in his prime, than any NBA player in the league right now. That led LA to 3 championships.

Shaq is aging, soon to retire and slows down the Suns' uptempo offense which has helped the Suns to be in the top 5 for so long. Suns traded for Shaq because they thought he would help them in defense. So far all he can do is play 20 mins. then foul out.

i have to agree shaq did do a great job with the hawks. their defense has improved by a lot. when stoudemire comes back on, theyll be unstoppable.
