Tell me if I'm misinterpreting this. 1.) Africa sells 1/4 of an apple to the United States 2.) Africa then takes that profit/capital and loans a portion of it to the United States 3.) The United States SOMEHOW uses that loan to buy the other three quarters of the apple (from Africa and other nations). . . Am I seeing this right??? Love forbid either nation defaults in this grand scheme of fuckery, lest the I.M.F. steps in. Smh.
