Chinese porcelain is more likely to chip and blister than quality French brands as Le Crueset and Staub.

I love Lodge bare cast iron, but when it comes to everyday cooking indoors, enameled pots made in Europe are the benchmark. Enameled pots can go from stove to refrigerator to stove...and are better for more acidic dishes that are heavy on tomatoes.

I bought a Le Crueset 5qt. factory second.

Maybe so but.... with surfaces that are FDA approved. I doubt this crap Rachael Ray is pushing is approved. the iron is probably made from scrap metal from Chernobyl.
