If you go by high income countries, by per capita income, then why is Singapore, Lichenstein, Qatar etc not in it? These countries are very developed and has gdp per capita higher than most of those countries that you have included.
@ymhktravel Umm they've got a high income per capita, but they aren't from the OECD. They aren't considered developed countries because they lack of liberty, justice, along with other things.. Liechtenstein seems to be a tax heaven.
Singapore is not inside? Its developed and a first world country..

Yeah!! South Korea is DAC member and a part of OECD. Export is 6th of the world. GDP(ppp) is 12th of the world.
There are a lot of international corerations like Samsung,LG, Doosan,Posco,Hinix, Hyundai, Lotte, Daewoo, GS, SK, Hanhwa, LS, Nexen,
NC soft, Kia, STX, Kolon, Korea electronic power, SSang Yong, DreamWiz,
HanJin, CJ..............................................etc in South Korea.
