Westminster chase apartments in tampa are sadly just as bad, they try to tell each individual tenant it's their fault. But we all know differently since i have talked to every tenant in my building and they all have them pretty bad. it's disgusting!! they don't care to resolve the problem except to send prevail or massey in, not that it has helped anyone here at all.

The property manager was very insensitive. She had the maintenance crew looking in my apartment to see if I was causing the problem. Well they learned that the two tenant below me had an apartment full of roaches. There were severe roach nests on the outside of the building and crawling into the apartments. It was awful. They made a very smart decision to let me out of the lease and refund my money. They overnighted my money to me and kitty. They were glad to see us go!! LOL

If your cat eats a roach she can start foaming at the mouth as roaches have an enzyme which hurts animals. When you move, you need to air out all your belongings to ensure that the roaches don't move with you. KEEP DOING EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO EXPOSE THIS!

This is so upsetting! Call the health inspector. If they deem your living situation dangerous you can move without penalty. We found rats and the landlord wouldn't let us move. Our lawyer said we could either wait for the landlord to rectify the situation while he paid for our hotel or leave without penalty.

This is absolutely disgusting esp. after I have just eaten!!! They need to just give her $ so she can go quietly. Landlords don't understand that with technology and tools, tenants are empowered to expose what really goes on behind doors. I would never, ever rent here.

OMG, Thanks for posting this. I have 2 friends who were going to rent apartments here. Now they have decided to look elsewhere. Thank you for doing this. These crooks should give you all of your money and fees back and let you go.
