  • Great deadlifting, the way you push your heels down and drive the bar up is just incredible. I finally bought some Oly shoes, Power Perfect II's. Takes time to get used to them lol but I love how much easier they make squat. Say, do you go high bar or low bar?

  • @EpicMealTimeYT Not sure bro, prices on weight have gone up quite a bit since when I bought my stuff. look on dick's sporting goods, but the bar is shit once you get strong enough. But it will suffice up until you deadlift 500 or so.

  • What is your starting position like? Hard to tell from the angle. I'm talking in terms of where your shoulders are in relation to the bar (in front, in line, behind) Cause I keep hearing people argue about what's best and i'm just curious 'bout what you found to work for ya.

  • @olympianstregth your back better be strong if u expect to squat heavy weight. I think his form is perfect outside of the lack of speed but the depth is full range and impressive

  • BIG WEIGHTS!!!. But squat form is off thats why you are falling forward, your getting it up because your back is strong enough to get it up. Try to tilting your head up by 20 degrees focus on one point 20 degrees from parallel and keep it there your head should not move through entire lift. You will find that you wont fall forward as much and you will own that weight

  • You Sir are quite impressive, I thought I was saying something with 625 at 215. Here is my question how long did it take you to get from 600 to 700+ time wise. What was your training method to get there. How often do you dead lift, how often do you add weight and how much weight do you add when increasing. Thanks

  • @terencetc It took him about 10 months 600 to 700. 700 to 800 was 6 months. I KNOW, true power. Coan/phillipi 10 week deadlift routine and the smolov squat cycle. He deadlifts once a week, 5-10 pounds a week. You're welcome. :b lolol I asked all these questions before.

  • @talder123 well you warmup first and then you do your top set , and then just easier sets to do more work , both for the sake of it and for some carryover to max
