Clone Sakura died, but I'm pretty sure the real Sakura lived. That's why Syaoran (the real one) keeps looking for her feathers, because apparently once they're all united the Real Sakura will have a body again she'll remember everything. Even about Syaoran. Her spirit (which is like way more smart and sophisticated than Clone Sakura) is hiding from Fei Wong Reed in the dream realm and talks to Watanuki from xxxHolic in his dreams frequently.

Actually that Sakura, is a clone and she's very unstable. The Real Sakura is hiding from Fei Wong Reed in the dream realm while the Real Syaoran looks for her feathers (ect.) and the Real Sakura talks to Watanuki from xxxHolic in his dreams often, until she can get a body she can't leave the dream realm and all. Normally she gives out advice and warning to Watanuki in his dreams, that's when she talks to him. The Real Sakura is more smart, athletic and sophisticated than Clone Sakura.

Um, they made three OVAs the size of three episodes but with high quality animation. There have been rumors on the internet that there's going to be a fourth one (i doubt it) but for finishing the anime, I don't think they will, unless they make more OVAs or movies. You have to read the manga though. Although, it's gets very confusing if you don't read the manga. Fai's past is the most confuzzing! :S
