But pokemon pretty much was my number one show as a kid, plus I had Pokemon everything, video games, toys, tapes, movies, etc... and my parents would teach me a lot so I was able to read and right before most of my peers even knew their ABC's, So despite my incredible dose of Pokemon I was a pretty smart kid. That was when I was about 4-7 and I lived out in a cabin in the mountains with no cable, and a generator for electricity

@n8dogg87 we only got 3 channels (nothing educational) a LOT of Pokemon, and Dragon Ball tapes, and I learned to swim, and do a lot of other badass hillbilly wilderness crap before I even turned four. The only interesting thing I was ever able to see on TV was 9/11 just before I turned 7. I've lived in town since I was 8 and because I didn't make a lot of friends, living out in the middle of nowhere, it was difficult to adapt to social life. Luckily, I'm doing fine now. 10th grade with A's & B's

It didn't give me a seizure but it did make me feel extremely weird. I'm honestly shocked this was allowed to be aired. But yeah, download the full original unedited episode and watch on a decent sized TV and THEN comment on it ;) the biggest spinout ever.

I can't believe it Those crazy Japs created a switching light scene that sent light out at 60 Hz which is roughly the same frequency as brain waves. A) That isn't actually the moment, it's a biut earlier in the episode.

b) The reason is to do with televisoin refresh rates, to get the seisure, you had to watch it on a 100hz tv, as EU/US. When they were recorded, the quality's gone down. There's frames missing through every scene, you just can't see them, but it was the increase in frames, ergo more colour chganges in a rapid period of time that caused them.
