  • I'd say the problem is more losing your hip angle because you extend your legs right away and end up doing a Straight Leg DL.

  • Let the bar get away from your shins too much :P caused weight to be shifted forward and involve less legs so you had to lift it more with your back which made it harder. you could totally do more

  • @eowdaoc Winner! Yep. I had no idea was doing that until I filmed it. Looking forward to fixing it and then pulling in the 400's :)
