The term "hoarding" has always made me chuckle. Is Warren Buffett a "hoarder" of stocks? How about Bill Gross of the PIMCO fund? Is he a bond "hoarder"? Reflect on this the next time someone calls a gold owner a "hoarder".
"Queen Elizabeth owned silk stockings. The capitalist achievement does not typically consist in providing more silk stockings for queens but in bringing them within reach of factory girls in return for steadily decreasing amounts of effort."
Ferraris is a bad choice to make the point. They are largely crafted by hand and could never be scaled up to mass production so everyone in China could have one. Total production is under 10,000 a year. Let's start with the more modest F100 trucks for all - you have to walk before you can go 200 mph
Some times I was not sure that Mr Ben-Ami was speaking English. Other wise, excellent.
The only people who are worried about too much growth are people who don't understand basic market economics. Growth will always self regulate unless governments distort the market.
If you still believe in "Man Made Climate Change" it is not a scientific problem, its a mental problem.
Climate change and global warming isn't a hoax as it happens all the time. I think what you meant to say was that the climate change caused by people is minuscule.
I think "social progress" in his dialect, does not mean the same thing as "social progress" means in my dialect.

If all people would have Ferraris, rich would buy flying cars, or Ferraris encrusted with diamonds and gold and hand-made stuff.
