you have to memorize from what side each of the hk's are going to come from and start firing BEFORE they appear so that the are damaged as soon as they appear on the screen and can't shoot down the truck. don't worry about the terminators, they aren't shooting at the truck

Can any one tell me how to make this game play with mame?

honestly...nope. I've tried getting mame to work and it makes no sense to me at all. tried following the instructions, nothing happened. I got frustrated and deleted it. recently got the snes version though, which apparently is very close to the arcade version

If you ever get MAME figured out, play the arcade version. It's REALLY good.

such a great game. amazing in the arcade, but it sucked w/ the sega controller. shoulda got a gun for that game.
