Fear not, this is NOT an IELTS interview for several important reasons: 1. Interviews are private 1:1 sessions; 2. examiners can't take notes; 3. examiners must be native speakers or able to achieve 9 themselves & this guy wouldn't. As for the rascist trolls on this thread who wrote "what a fuken english" , look in the mirror guys, that's clear incompetence.

we asean need to understand english and we tried hard in order to improve our writing, speaking, listening and reading english..and i think he (in the video) is at his best and good enough. I'm wondering here how english people can speak asean language.. that would sounds worst..;)
