  • I am very interested in learning how to do this. I would like to know where I could go to learn as well what is the job market like for this. When I would finishing learning would I be able to support myself with this skill, is there a big market for this

  • Think you could use a drawing or printed image of an iris with a circular 'white' on paper and use doming acrylic to make a similar effect?

  • This technique is not for everyone, just like not everyone can paint, this is an art that you must love to accomplish results.... You can improve techniques you learn to fit your needs, just be creative...use clay and acrylic nail if you find it expensive, just be creative ;)...

  • Wicked video! I'm a third year Special Effects student with an interest in eyes/teeth/face stuff etc. I'm sure there are certain parts which could be changed for restricted budgets (I usually use a drill in a vice for painting stuff like that, haha!), but it certainly looks easy to follow!

  • That's not even close to easy. :/ Easy is usually considered to be a process which doesn't require very much time, or all of these extremely expensive tools you used.
