Those that are trying to bring a fundamentalist Christian message to this song couldn't be more wrong. What is truth can be elusive. Too often we are quick to prejudge. Too often we think we know the answer but we are wrong. The truth is always quite so obvious. We need to drop our preconceived ideas and allow time for light to shine upon the truth.

This song moves me, and I had no idea he made such an amazing speech before he sang it! Honestly, this is a song every adult should understand if society ever hopes to evolve into something worth being a part of. Really, if you look at what we are putting up with compared to the way things ought to be, we are putting up with far too much from the established world that is. Tradition does not equal wisdom, nor make you right. We must find a good path.
