  • Nice exhaust and a very cool little bike. Has a street tracker look which is pretty popular with Yamaha XS650 and Honda CL Scramblers. I'd love to see a 650 single crammed in a light bike like this (see Ryka CS-1) but still a fun play bike!

  • my dad wants to give a 125cc TW. must go slow as hell! xD SCREW IT! any bike is better than no bike.

  • @Poltergeyst it's not that slow. i can reach 110km/h w/ 125cc. only power is not that good. but i need to change the oil and there are some other fixes needed to be done on my bike then it should go a bit better :D i hope so...

  • I have a 200cc TW after 3k Plus on engine parts and much much more it now makes Dyno run 23hp. Adding bigger rear sprockets to it, Ive had 87mph out of her @ 9,800rpm. She's a 2002 model and looks like I just ordered it. I love TW's have my own club 40+ members.

  • its a scrambler :)

  • Why don't you buy a BMW bike?

Sound wayyyy cooler and wayyyyy faster

  • yamaha + fun = yahaha

  • Does that shop put the same pipe on every one of their bikes?

  • yeah the tw200 is a nice bike nice dual sport little slow though..

  • I love the honking tires on these, great beach bike!

  • nice one

  • i have a tw200....so much fun

  • Can it do wheelies?

  • I've got the Yamaha TW 125cc version, Its great fun for a learner such-as myself. Can't wait to pass my test and move onto a bigger bike though...

I love the modifications on this one though, given me a few ideas...

  • Beach bike dude :)

    Dune Jumper

  • I did not know they did 250 ones of those but the TW 125cc have been going since before 2001 when I 1st saw one in the flesh. The TW stands for "Trail Way" I believe...

  • Dude ride it!

    Make a review of it!

  • Now this would be a good gravel riding bike.

  • Is he going for the Supermoto style, but didn't quite get there?

  • That bike was what was used to train new riders in the MSF course. You could u-turn that bike on a sidewalk. Fun, ask for test ride.

  • you know what that reminds me, the old Suzuki Fat Cats

  • GREEN CHAIN FTW!

  • Comment removed

  • looks brand new. id love to try it out!

  • can someone tell what will be more fun motorcycle to buy between this two ?

Honda F750 1991 or this one it's enduro Suzuki Dr 650

  • 120kg w/ 225cc?? Look out! this is def. a monsta!

  • wood be cool,,, gett it ??.. funn to run in the woods!

  • Great bike, looks like fun

  • Looks similar to a Ford Focus.

  • yes bro looks exactly like a ford focus thumbs up for you

  • @seapeddler

    wat

  • I rode this bike at my MSF course and it is fun!

  • haha yeah i was liek this looks like a MSF course bike HAHA nice stuff

  • actually ya it is one. some msf courses use TWs.

  • Dualsport!!! I love those things, great find :)

  • sweet bike, the tw's are classed as sand bikes.

  • I used to have a TW125. The offroad tires are AWFUL. Slid all over the place just trying to get off my lawn.

  • YAMAHAAAAA lol

  • I rode one. They're amazing. The handeling is just perfect for my height (6 feet)

  • that looks like the perfect taiwan bike, for tight city street.

  • mordeth i just saw you on TV! It was charley boormans sydney to tokyo. must have been a while ago but its so cool that youre on TV and i knew who you were! youre pretty much a celebrity haha

  • I used to ride one of those mordeth . They can run on sand track as well as roads . Fun in the city, cool for the look too ,but the tires are expensive as hell. However the engine is lacking in lower rpm, so I switched to a D-tracker.

  • yeah looks fun

  • i thought the TW was meant for sand, just based on the tyres tbh

  • Drum brake on the back, crazy

  • aren't these called (super)motards?

  • The seat looks hard and uncomfortable, but I like the green chain. :)

  • and old Kamen Rider!

  • looks cool

  • looks like a supermoto / motard

  • I'm actually planning on buying one of these, they're primarily 'sand bikes' and they've been making them since the '80s! I live on the coast as well so might take it on the beach when the police aren't about ;) The 125cc version isn't exactly fast, but as you said; it really is a fun ride! Oh, and the guy who said it was a 2 stroke, I wish it was mate :'( I wish it was...

  • i want those tires at my kitchen. They are beautiful.

  • Looks awsome mordeth,

i dont like the front light on it.. but i love the chain, and the rest of the model :)

    Tnx, for sharing

  • sick bike

  • I saw this parked near my school once, they are fucking cool, so how much is it?

  • small bikes equal big fun this is a hot lookin ride

  • just saw M13 on TV lol on "Charley Boorman"

  • just saw M13 on TV lol on "Charley Boorman: sydney to tokyo"

  • I rode one of those for my motorcycle safety course. That thing was a blast! Really wanted to go buy one afterwards to just mess around with.

  • you should have let us listen what that bike sounds like.

    nice vid anyway

  • AHA! !!

I spotted that bike in your video! The recent one where you ride the mountainroads, and park up next to 3 bikes, on your left hand.

I commented on the video, asking "What is that funky-looking bike parked at x:0x in your video, right up the mountainwall?"

Now i know :D thank you

  • that looks like a lot fun!

  • Did the man in the background just say "I got a homie" >_> A Vato in Taiwan que chingon.

  • yeah an old enduro type... love the rear drum brake... lol... i bet it's a 225 2stroke and goes like a bad out of hell!!!

  • are those even road tires?

  • I saw a red and white one the other day. DROOOOOLED. I loooove fat off-road tyres. And I love the shape.

  • i've had a go on a tw125, fun bike =) awesome looking

very popular over here as learner bikes for the vertically challenged (the 125 version that is)

  • you're right that looks like a fun bike.

  • I see those bikes EVERYWHERE here in Japan, I think they're the most popular with young people. I rarely see the "traditional" looking sport bikes with front fairings. It's either naked bikes or these kind of bikes with banana seats.

  • That style doesn't do anything for me. I like my WR250R just fine.

  • I think they used to call these models scamblers back in the 70's . They were useless off road but looked the part and were barely O.K. on the pavement . You are better off looking at a Kawasaki KLR or a Suzuki dual purpose rather than this . It is kind of useless .

  • looks like one of those old school bikes you were able to get as a kid... you know the ones with the fake gas tank... i have always wondered where they modeled that after.. no i know....

  • im a newbie rider and im looking for a bike at around 250cc but there arnt as many choices as there should be, i mean u have to start somewhere, right? nah ill probably get a used 250r

  • nice fmf pipe, that thing must be loud wide open. its an enduro

  • weird

  • Looks cool, but I like my wr250x better.

  • fire it up =)

  • Man that thing was nice!

  • on rain.............. I highside today at 40 km/h...dam front brakes!!! im okay , i look behind then for my bike got up and go all in a flash,,,, on busy traffic haha.....i position my left hand on thye brake since to avoid using front brake on emergency...lol

  • I'v seen some of these around, but they didn't start out like that. Round here you buy the bike then send it off to be modified, mostly done with sports bikes so you can take them off road not sure why you would do that a sports bike would be too heavy offroad. But they change the suspension, raise the exhaust and mess with the gear system. But this bike looks a lot better than those bikes and looks like it'd be light enough in the corners, was it light enough?

  • the tw200 in the US only makes 14HP. Can't imagine the 225 makes a lot more.

  • 18, but HP doesn't mean much. My ninja makes 68 but it can still beat a 200hp bike at most things.

  • @13mordeth But wait doesn't your ninja have the same engine as an ER6-F ? If so, it should have 76HP if memory serves me right.

  • i wish they made the tw225 in the US. they only have the tw200.

  • @baba321123 this is a 200, but its probably had a 225 bore kit fitted

  • DO want

  • That's what I rode for my MSF class. It's a fun bike to ride. Very easy to do wheelies on it.

  • i was going to get a tw125 last year ^_^ didnt end up getting it though. Their back wheels are huge though ill give u that.

  • i'll have one

  • its called a dual sport? i think

  • Wow, get one dude!

  • Cool looking bike!

  • it's 3:00AM where I am, It's 4:00PM where you live...I'm tired and I need some sleep. NICE BIKE...

  • google enduro

  • YES! make donuts with those huge back wheels!!

  • In Hong Kong these bikes are VERY popular.... New they only cost 1200pounds! They dont handle off-road very well as the suspension is crap, but they`re stock exhausts sound awsome!

  • its a bigwheel not very much power but they do have that old fashon dirtbike feel its a fun bike to just go for a cruise and find a trail to go off on great on gas too

  • i wish the rear tire on my ninja 250 were that big ):

  • Looks sweet! Wouldnt the passenger get burnt by the muffler even if they were wearing pants?

  • No, unless they were literally touching it. I have a stock pipe and that thing will get hotter than any aftermarket one, and I can hover my hand over it 1mm away, but once I touch it I will burn myself.

  • Looks like aftermarket exhaust. In addition, that's not a bike I'd be caught riding 2up.

  • i used one one of these when i took the safety rider course. they are very fun and handle pretty well also. i think theyre called duo sport for off road and street. this one looks better than the one i rode though. i rode a stock one, white

  • @drumsandmotorcycles

Yes, and those tires are made for riding in very muddy conditions so they float better :B

  • Hi deth... I took my motorcycle test on one of these.... It was all stock but still alot of fun...!

  • like an old Enduro

  • looks nice

  • We call this street bike here. Design like how you say, look like dirt bike but built more for street use. Quite popular style here. Did you ride?

  • i guess he rides because he makes motorcycle videos.

  • He means did he ride this bike.

  • That thing looks awesome.

  • " It's also comfortable with two people on."

Did you get him to give you a ride?

  • not yet processed :(

  • dude you posted the same thing like 20 times.
