Hi! I am trying Polyphasic Sleep and recording all my results, and how I'm feeling. I am specifically doing the Dymaxion Sleep Schedule(2hours a day) which is every 6 hours, you sleep for 30minutes. I discuss tips that I have found out from experience that can make the experience way easier to accomplish! Sorry if you call this spam, I thought that if your watching Polyphasic Sleep videos on youtube, you might want to read about my experience as well. I feel great!
If you don't admonish yourself for it, your mind and body will think it can get away with it and play you for a fool again and again. The only way to succeed on something like this is sheer discipline, nothing less than perfection. It got me this far so I wont abandon it now.
I guess with your level of adaptation it's ok to skip a nap or two. And what you said about the unique comparison between you and your twin regarding adaptation is very interesting. You're maybe the only twins trying polyphasic sleeping at the same time in the whole world!
I mean the odds for all the factors are really slim, so you two are really in a unique position to make credible claims about polyphasic sleep. Very nice observation. :)
I would like to do an in depth video with the logs right in front of me to the exact detail of the similiarities in the adaptation.
I know even oversleeping didnt throw me off! I am so lucky, each day I wake up feeling great, its amazing how I am up at 1:01 and have been for the past month but never feel tired at work, etc. It's unbelievable.
Last night I first was about a halfway zombie, but then I played a strategy game (which I normally hate). And lo and behold that got my brain thinking in such a dynamical way, that my tiredness vanished!
Maybe I just found my holy grail to ease the pain of the zombie-dance! *hopes*
You know, I'd never really thought of that. One thing that woke me up really well was playing rock band, I have a big bose system and banging on drums is my style.
When I first went polyphasic I played the sims alot, but it is too boring to get you through the 'zombie' phase, if you will, I wish I'd have thought of strategy games, but then again I was kind of out of it!

You're probably correct. I feel myself backsliding this week, by oversleeping for about an hour.
Back to normal again at 3 hours core.

I can't wait to reach this state as well. ^_^
