i was wonderign whether it would be possible to desing some kind of propulsion device that could run from an electrical outlet via an extension lead in the garden for example. a high powered blower fan maybe powerful enough to lift somebody off the ground. Basically will a home electrical outlet provide enough power to power propellor of somekind that i could use in my back garden connected to a long extension power cord for fun.
Yes correct, because the blades are turning much slower, the tip run slower the efficiency is high (about 25% better).... However, having the motor turning low is a problem...

Wow,it sounds like your 5 blade design elimates a lot of the high-pitched squeal the other e-ppgs produce.
Excellent. Is it because each blade tip maxes out at a lower speed? how does it affect range and thrust?
