Religion is not science, and the courts are totally right in preventing religious zealots from forcing their faith into science classes. Religion can never be a science as it never ever tests any of it's claims, it just blindly believes them to be true, and tries to force dogma onto everyone while claiming it is repressed, when in fact religion is blatantly repressing free speech, even here on Youtube, where vids critical of religion (especially xianity) are flagged and banned daily. Fail.

Religion has always been at odds with anyone who has said / discovered something that doesn't quite fit the Bible (or book of their choice), and wanted to silence them.
Real science is not interested in proving or disproving the Bible, Koran, Enuma Elish, the Prose Edda or even God. Creation "Science" one goal to prove the God of the Bible.
