@JKDSTORM just a question though....no expert here but i took a few wing chun lessons and the first thing to learn is how to stand etc...her hands seem out of the should-be position...why? Is she learning wing chun or just lap sao for the fuck of it? XD
@Ninitos1 She is just learning the lap sao, not the whole art, as far as out of position remember in a real fight who determines what position you will end up in? thats something to think about, but for training at first just starting out from the refrence point is good to start from, if theres a barrier in the way remove it and continue on hitting :) hey thanks for the comment bro.
You probably have seen it allready while reviewing it. But I thought I'd mention it anyway. From here it looks like there's too much tension in the shoulder and arm.
