i was massively disappoitned, it was a birthday present from my sister. the encore was cringeworthy, plus what kind of stand up comedian doesnt have encore material prepared? especially when theyve been jipped like that! It was funny but it was mostly old material and just when she should have really let rip she closed the show. For a UK debut she let herself and us down.

Is there a vid of the whole act? I love videos of comedians being heckled. Sometimes the best comedians are the ones that can handle a heckler and turn it into something clever. I wanted to see if she did that or not.

Fuck the press! Seriously! I was actually at the show and only heard ONE heckler.

It appeared that everyone wanted more of Sarah, not less. I was disappointed that the show wasn't longer but still glad I got to see her and meet her when she came backstage after the show to sign autographs for fans.

I paid £70 for my seat close to the front and I'm not complaining. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Her jokes were killer! Everyone should stop overreacting, especially the media! So annoying!!!

Look man shes not our best comedian shes funny at times and I can do without the singing honestly, my favorite is Lewis Black. But god jesus shes still way better than Russell Brand.

We already have Eddie Izzard and hes funny, this russell guy is just cannonfodder for late night jokes, he IS a joke.

We were expecting a lot more. We were expecting two hours. We would have been more than happy to get our money's worth, but she behaved like a spoiled brat who couldn't understand why she was forced back on stage to do more after 40 minutes.

I can agree to that, but most standup shows are 1 hour. Any HBO special for most comedians last an hour. I just wasn't that suprised is all.

Yes but we were told 2 hours and paid £50. When you've paid £50, or $100, and you think you're going to get 2 hours, 40 minutes isn't appropriate and you can't say "well most gigs are only 1 hour". Most 1 hour gigs don't cost that much. Anyway like other people have said - we liked her show, she wasn't heckled at all the way it was reported, we just couldn't believe when she reigned it in at 40 minutes. And then she came back on seemingly against her will and like she wanted us to go home.

Unlike most who are commenting, I was at the gig, and it was great - the laughs came thick and fast and everyone had a great time. She was only heckled because the crowd wanted MORE. It was great comedy from one of the world's true talents.

I was at the gig too. She got lots of laughs while on stage, but only did 40 minutes, which was an absolute disgrace when tickets were £42 plus an unavoidable £6 booking fee. Playing with the crowd?! Taking the piss more like. The problem wasn't just her, the problem was also the promoters who, when Steve Agee, the support act, cancelled, thought a 2 minute video phone link was enough instead of booking another act (shouldn't have been too tricky on a Sunday). I was a fan but was cheated.
