good for running long distance or quick medium distance, but for agility and off road there terrible, rocks and crap get in the cracks where they flex and theres no ankle support whatsoever, ive recently bought a pair of Asics kayanos and i couldnt be happier, but as i said good for road and long runs

@tiagopratas1 The Nike Free 5.0's don't have space for Nike+, only shoes like Nike Free Everyday+2 do or other shoes that have "+" in the name

These shoes are amazing, I have the white ones (which I think are the best looking ones), but I am also planning to buy those gray ones as well mainly because it has a reflective swoosh. The feel is like no other, love them to death.
