@MonyXChan Yeah I love SonAmy I think they are the sweetest couple. Sonic X and Sonic Chronicles really bring out her character more and show her as a more independent, smart, caring person. And shows that she truly cares for Sonic and his well being and not just an obsessed stalker fan girl. The games, particularly the older ones like Adventure make her act like a dumb blond who's color blind I always hated that so its nice to see recent games and the Anime bring out her character a lot more.

Sonic Team Confermed that its an official LAW for Amy to chase Sonic. Till this day it has not changed. According to Sonic and the black knight, Sonamy wont even WORK OUT.

@EvilMusman Yes I do. Sonic X, all of it's characters, and it's storylines were all created by Sonic Team (the people who make the games) directly. That has never been done in any other Sonic material (like Archie and Sally). I care because I like Chris, Cosmo, Decoe, Bocoe, and Bokkun as well and the Sonic X version of events in the Adventure storylines make more sense. The anime did not die it finished there is a huge difference.

That rumor that they said that Sonic will always run from Amy isn't true as there is no official link to any official website stating that therefore it isn't the truth. Sonic Team support Sonic and Amy being together because they have Sonic going out with her in Black Knight and telling her that he loves her in Chronicles and Sonic X. Also Advance 3 calls them a lovely couple.

@pkstarstorm1up Look up Sonic Chronicles, tell me that it was Sonic Team that created that game insted of Bioware and I will subscribe to you. The sequal was even canceled because Sega sold bioware to EA Games. So Chronicles basicly failed. Shade the Echidna is nothing but a cute memory now.

Amy CHASED sonic with her hammer for forgetting about the date. while you people were 100% sure it was going to be all hugging, kissing, and romance.

In Sonic Colors and Sonic free riders, he WONT go on a date with her. In Sonic Generations, he facepalmed and ignored her and both Sonic's regret saving her.

No he didn't. Every website that has ever said that hasn't lead to an official interview. None of the links have lead to this supposed interview or have been broken therefore it isn't true. Yuji Naka has never stated anything about Sonic and Amy however the creators of the games Sonic Team have stated an in official interview that sonic does have romantic feelings for her, he just is too shy to admit it when in public.

Sonic Colors DS and the Sonic Riders series isn't canon.
