I think I fucked up.

In the attic, after Episode 3, there's a lone ghost. I killed it, but I sorta killed it while it was in the wall, and the blue coin went into the wall too. So...I restarted it, and now the ghost doesn't give me the blue coin. What the fuck is going on?
