Thanks for the kind comments guys. I'm sorry If I angered some of you with the whole 'false' fact. Thing is, this was made BEFORE any real footage was put out. Basically, this trailer (the one with the camera orbiting the planet) was the only thing out at the time, so I had very little option, and I didn't really like the measly teaser, so I made one with video, to make it seem more realistic. At Reach the UNSC had a massive defeat, the entire planet was glassed with everybody still on, and the pride of the UNSC was beaten to bits within a couple of hours. When it came to Earth, defences were low, morale was low and defeat was a little bit expected, though not officially of course.

Actually it does/ well one of the book's stories (A.K.A Ghosts of Onyx if you think about it) In the real trailer for it, it also shows James (Spartan II)
