Why did he leave Az Yet?

He cited creative differences. I have my doubts. Marc seems to always think he had enough talent to be a succesful solo artist. He was a member of BIIM. He was there when BIIM sang for Mike Bivin and got signed. He left before they released their debut album. Marc stated in an interview that the group thing with BIIM was just for fun in high school as he always wanted to be a solo artist. All this was said before Az Yet...

Cont...Marc released a solo album back in 1991 and it was successful to some extent but not on the scale of BIIM. He then hook up with Babyface and worked with him on projects. He was added to Az Yet by Babyface as the lead singer. With the success Az Yet had with Last Night and Hard To Say I'm Sorry Marc probably thought he had the exposure so he could do the solo thing again. Marc is more mature now so he is back with Az Yet. New ablum dropping soon. All said I'm a huge fan of his......
