keiichi tsuchiya was doing it long before his documented career. He didn't invent over-steer but he was the earliest practitioner, before it was only seen when correcting turns on rare occasions.

There was another japanese guy who was doing it before keiichi tsuchiya but didn't take it to the same extremes.

I think this guy just knew the car geometry and responsiveness..you put him in a tuner or muscle car and get him to do tandem or time attack on tight courses he probably wont last.
