Thank you very much Billy. That's exactly what I try to do when I'm covering a song, add my own style to it without ruining the original feel of the song. I feel that is the best way to approach a cover.

Really good. But some things to note: He hits the ride in the chorus, mostly on the bell. And I don't think Matt Cameron uses splashes at all. But it was pretty good!

what a douche bag incubus... your version is pretty good. Only thing I dont like is your snare sound, but thats hardly bad. Matt Cameron is my favorite drummer, I cant think of another drummer like him.

Yes he is a one of a kind drummer. Every band he plays with is a better band cause of him. Have you ever heard his side project called Hater? He recorded an album with them in the early 90's. Thanks for the positive feedback.

Ive heard of Hater but havent heard the music. Where could I get it? Also have you heard Wellwater Conspiracy? That album has some great cameron drumming and he is also the singer.

You're best bet to find the Hater album would probably be to check out a music store that sells used CD's, that's how I found a copy. Which is what I'll have to do to try to find a copy of Wellwater Conspiracy, which I have heard of but have never heard any of the music. Sounds cool though, Cameron on vocals as well, I've got to check that out. Thanks dude!

Thanks, I love this song as well. One of my favorites from Soundgarden. My snare is a vintage 30 yr old snare from Premier(14" x 8"). A friend of mine who plays guitar had it sitting in his house in a box for over 20 years. It was only used about a half dozen times. I love the way it sounds as well.

That's the best way to keep learning. By challenging yourself to play more difficult songs. It always feels good to nail a song perfectly, even if it takes 100 or so tries to do so, I may actually have to study the drum tabs for "Jesus Christ Pose" to get it right. There is a bit too much going on to learn it by ear like I usually do with most of my vids. Thanks again dude!!
