I think the "healthy" girl in this movie, well, the ACTRESS part of her, just plain SUCKS...like, through the trailer and in all the scenes with her in it, she just sounds horribly scripted and robotic...very distasteful!

Waited till my girlfriend was asleep, watched this movie, reluctantly let the tears sled down my cheeks, finished the movie, picked my 1 year old daughter up out of her crib and peacefully slept with her clutching my t-shirt. Beautiful Film.

This is one of the most moving movies I had ever seen. I had tears rolling down my eyes. Awesome acting but also this is reality for so many unfortunate young children which made this so real and not just another Hollywood movie. Abigail did a tremendous job at only 13 doing this movie...she's got a great future ahead of her in acting!

actually it's THE movie of the century, not only because it made us all cry, but also because it deals with real aspects of THE desease of the century : CANCER and it actually affects all the familly members. 2 THUMBS UP for all the actors they were terefic in their respective roles especially cameron diaz who showed a brand new aspect of her acting skills! very impressive, BTW I'm a physician and this movie 'humanised' me a little more so thank you very much!
