I am Martin from New Jersey (United States). I have signed up with this company MS Online Tech Support nearly about 2 years ago and found them quite helpful and had no problem. They are one of the biggest and renowned company in United States, uploader of this video is either out of mind or one of their competitors trying to spoil their name because i myself love their services...... :)

Thats weird dude, i have been dealing with this company for about 5 years and havnt had any problem.... They work worldwide and i am in Sheffield
