He doe's not record it, he uses GTA IV video editor, its only for PC it records him while he plays he can save or delete recordings. and string them together in the editor to make a movie :D

at 2:30 when you start running over people with fast shifting of the camera angle works really well - especially with the music!

But later on at 4:05 it gets creepy! I think it's a mix of the first half minute of the GTA IV theme song and gray colors. Seems like the driver just dont care, and not in a fun way.

Really liked how you tried to capture the random moments that really makes the GTA series what it is.
