Beautiful voice. Great feel. In some places you are rushing and your intonation is a little sharp (high), but these are minor observations. Your timbre is great, and there are places where you just nail it. Your jazzy phrasing is great. My humble advice: don't sing to the music, let yourself fall into it. feel the rhythm, as if you are also a percussionist. Just like Al, the man.
