i do this but i use lunar magic (waterbirth tele) and rings of dueling

first you tele to waterbirth, get the seaweed, then you use the rung of dueling to tele to castle wars and bank the seaweed, then just tele back and repeat untill you have as much seaweed as you need

hi, i will give you a better hint: get 50 construction to get a lvl 50 buttler (can be found in ardougne), then tele to your house in relleka, give the snape grass, get outside and get to waterbirth island again. or tele to camelot and get to the bank, tele to your house and repeat this
