Hi if you guys like this check out my chanel i have a video to tell you how to make sticky chocky brownies in under 8 minutes and it also contains humor
You know how much I would like to just eat that with my hands and look like a total fat ass? Sometimes I wish I was fat and just ate anything and everything. I have it in me and sometimes I scare myself. O well, till then im still 5'9 135
Can you put the weight in gram in the description please? Because I don't know howmuch 1 cup is. I tried to make this cake, but when you are supposed to put it in the tin, it's very vast, you can't pour it, you can hold it in one hand without something falling off of it.. :S
My first experience of making a cake was Awesome!! and it turned into delicious dark chocolate cake i wish you tube has a photo upload option i could have actually shown it you!! And yes I put self raising flour by my self as Nickos haven't mentioned about it in the clip:) Thank you so much Nickos for a wonderful recipe!!
Hey everyone! I made the chocolate mud cake and it was absolutely ...
... gastronomically delicious and drop dead sexy! When he mixes the flour he forgets to mention that he also mixes in the self rising flour as well. Also don't forget that when he says 190 degrees in the oven, he's talking Celsius. That's 375 Fahrenheit for us Americans! Anyways, it turned out great and I'll definitely be making it again for a special occasion! I'm so proud I can make something haha! Cheers!
This cake is awesome the steps r gr8 and simple to follow and I'm like only 11 . It's easy join this website just lie bout ur age anyway can't wait to try the recipe out with my mum this friday.
@Madkow71 It's in the description box below, but I slightly altered the amounts. For the cake I used 250g unsalted butter, 200g dark chocolate, 185g castor sugar, 2 eggs, 90g self-rising flour, 45g plain flour, 45g water, mixed all well, 1h in 180 degrees. For the ganache I used about 100g dark chocolate and 65g cream, which was more than enough to me. Hope this helps!
@Chireyae I just found his post!! He said: 250g butter, chopped 200g dark chocolate, chopped 2 cups caster sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted ... 1 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted 1/4 cup water Thanks for replying. x
I made this a few days ago and it came out fairly tough and the colour was a bit too light. Today i made it again and used in 1.5 cup of hot water mixed with cocoa and used only self raising flour.. and it came out perfect :D yayy
mine came out rock hard :( it was goeey in the centre but hard on the outer edge. And then when it cooled down it was hard :( do u know where i went wrong?
When and where does he put the self rising flour? He doesn't mention it in the video. Does he mix it with the regular flour or does he mix it with the butter, caster sugar, chopped chocolate, and water? Please answer.
If it were 180 C then it would only take 20 mins to cook, any longer and the cake would burn after 25 mins. 180 F would take much longer and wouldn't burn after an hour to an hour and a half.
I've just cooked it... It was a delicious chocolate ROCK! hahaha I use 190 Celsius... but I think I should have used Fahrenheit instead.. :( Imagine my face when I couldn't even cut it. Nickooo, please next time indicate which scale to use! ^_^
I have just finished making this cake, I added about two shots of baileys into the icing and boy, it made it even more delicious. Also, are you sure the amount of water that you have written here is correct? I had to use about half a litre to get the consistency you had.
@1216gogirl1216 I would guess that it is 180 F (82 C) because in the video he said that the cake should bake in 180 degrees and that it was LOW temperatur for a cake. And 180 C is 356 F so that seems unlikely that it would be the other way around.
@1216gogirl1216 If you know anything about cooking or baking then it's pretty obvious that he's talking in terms of Celcius. Farenheit would be 82 Celcius which wouldn't even boil water, so logic helps here. ;)
@Bodraw333 lol thanks when he said it's not that high and so 350F is like an okay degree for cake. And I know 180 C is super low so i didn't know which one.
