  • absolutely awesome. thanks!

  • I love it!

  • not worth it and very poorly explained

  • What a lovely idea! I

actually try that... for next summer!

  • I did this when i was pregnant only i bought a long sleeve shirt, then made an easy sash with the extra sleeves, it can adjust with your body when you get further along in pregnancy. .

  • Hi, My name is Monica, I'm Polish. I watched your movie and I love it. I'm not a dressmaker, but I also sew a little although. I invite you to my chanel on YT

  • This is helpful but I hope you could make a tutorial on how to sew the sleeves since it's a bit complicated. I mean, I'm having a hard time sewing the top part when it is supposed to be 'fluffy'? Thanks. ;)

  • trying to do this with a hawaiian shirt, and tips for matching up short sleeves? It looks like you used the wrist end of the dress shirt.

  • Super cute, but I guess I am having trouble following.. I'm confused, when you used your own shirt to cut the arm holes further, what happened to the pocket on the shirt? Is it a different shirt? And how did you make the sleeves?

  • This is way too cute!!! I'm a bit tall to make it into a dress, but it will make an awesome top....can't wait to dig through hubby's closet. ;)

  • Could you please answer the question about how you did the back...did you pleat as same as front?????????? if not I am sure the side seams will not line up so will it need taken in ?Thanks :)

  • this looks real cute but real hard and complicated dnt even want to give it a try lol

  • SEW CUTE!

  • Wow..that is so cute! I have a doubt though, after you've pleated, how do you stitch that to the top part? Am I supposed to turn the shirt inside out and then sew? Please clear my doubt as I'm planning to make this dress this week. Thanks! :)

  • GENIOUS !!!! if i only new about this idea few month ago, I would not throw away my hubby old shirts :)

hmmm, lets me see what he still have

  • plzzz can u say to me urgently what did you do about the pattern ?plz answer

  • @msdinaa1

There is no pattern needed for this dress ... It's a shirt-reconstruction

  • I'm super excited to try this!!!

  • class!!!x

  • so cute! :)

  • I love this!!!!! I have one of my dads shirts for it but what do you do if it has a pocket?

  • Oh I already cut the shirt before so I dont have the sleeves, Can it be sleevless and just fold them hem that way?

  • yeeeees, i love this song)

  • I'm a guy. A straight one at that. And I have to say... That was really impressive. I don't understand even half the hassle that women like to partake in, but I would definitely look twice at a girl wearing a dress like that :)

  • I don't understand how should I gather the bottom part. With elastic or what?

  • I have commented on this video before but I just have to say that, there is nothing like this on the tube or the internet, This is the best and most versatile style and tutorial for a mans shirt that I have ever seen! I love the patterns you can get from a mans shirts, plus my husband has tons of them to spare :)
