@blackout0119 Yeah I gutted a Duke. You can to dremel the bottom of the thumbstuck "cone" and then dremel out of a bigger opening on the controller. I sanded it down with some 220 (or maybe finer, I don't remember) before painting it.
@bigd22686 Sorry I never noticed your comment. I used a standard metal/wood drill bit (NOT spade), I don't remember what size. You just have to be really careful not to go into the letters. Remember that you'll still want a thin but solid layer of plastic over the letters from the inside. If you can see the letter itself, you've gone too far.
Did you get the thumbsticks direcly from a duke controller ? Have they been modified to be put in that 360 controller ?

how did u hollow out the buttons, what did u use, i tried a drill bit but every time got too far down and scratched off a lil bit of the letters.
