People should know that a couple of years after attacking the 13 year old girl, he also raped 15 year old Nastassja Kinski while filming 'Tess'. Then tried to wriggle out of it by claiming it was consenual. Her mother called the police but he got away with that too. Consensual my ass, if a child is 13 or 15 it is RAPE! From what I heared, the girl (who is now a woman) didn't want to procecute Polansky anymore. (I guess she just wanted to forget about the whole thing, which is understandable) As for the 'real rape' issue, from the way you tell it it sounds pretty much like rape to me, but you're my only source of information on what exactly transpired. Still, I feel that prosecution and punnishment should only happen if the victim wants it to happen. This woman probably has no use for digging this up again.
