Manerplaw fall because Democratic Karen Buddhist Army( DKBA) held SPDC during the war. In 1991 to 1999, more than 10 to 20 thousand's SPDc died and injured. Thousand karen soldiers and civilians died and injured. Thank you...

@deltabro Each country must act responsibly. To say one country must wait to stop it cruelty until a bigger country stops its corruption is a bad, lazy excuse.
