They're pliers. The ones that are skinnier are called needle nose pliers. :)

Thank you for this! I went to Joann today and got that plastic jar/tray set and depotted the LA Colors loose shimmering eyeshadows that I have. Great idea, and it turned out to be really easy to get the little disc out (with the bolt cutters that I found in my closet! Bet no one else has glittery bolt cutters! LOL!).

JoAnn's is a fabric/craft store. But you can find those bead containers anyplace that sells beads and beading supplies. Try Michaels or Hobby Lobby if there is no JoAnn's in your area. Thanks!
