  • great to watch! I noticed you have no problem having both sticks in neutral at the same time, no 'double nothing' problem!

  • How are you doing all that shifting without using the clutch?

  • @lakeboy54 very very easily haha

  • I bet he would be really good at playing fooseball, twister or just eatin with chopsticks... Pretty cool... Everybody now days just wants a button to push......

  • you make me think in my dad. you are good as him

  • now that a good peace of USA history

  • that's a true truck driver there. he didn't even grind it once!

  • What a dip shit that a cummins not detoit 2 stroke moron love the truck I have a lf mack cool truck!!!!

  • @chevyapache1959 mack only offered cummins or their own thermodyne back then

  • i tried shifting twin stick and enden up needin a new trans after that LLOOLL

  • Hi nice job and nice Ac !!!!

  • Now this right here, boys and girls, is what's called driving.

  • that is badass. plain and simple.

  • Love the 2 stroke sound. Nice Allis Chalmers too. I have a 1938 B. If you check my page I have a video where I cold start it and pull a tree down.

  • @13maley Sorry guy, but it's not a two stroke older Detroit in this truck, I've driven two sticks just like this guy, they're fun and I wish those setups were still around !! This "automatic computerized s**t" they have today is a joke !! I mean they have the VORAD system that will AUTOMATICALLY apply the f***g brakes (how'd you like to have that happen on a snow covered road ?) and no clutch pedal (they engage by centrifugal force) and the transmission shifts itself !! It's a joke !

  • Allis Chalmers W-Speed Patrol. Rare to have the hand cranks to raise and lower the blade. Most where converted to hydraulic.

  • I think maybe he has done this a time or two.

  • Like a hot knife through butter!!!!!!!! Best shifting ever!!!!!

  • Quick Question: are you starting out in 3rd under or 1st under? If it's 1st, that truck must have a really tall rear end, if it's 3rd it does well to pull away from a dead stop! Beautiful changing by the way.

  • Whats the year of the Allis-Chalmers on the trailer?

  • Better shifting then i could even think about doing....

  • Thats just too cool. This guy can drive! My dad drive's a log truck for a living. Its pretty cool to watch guys that really do KNOW how to drive a rig. Now a days everyone has to have an automatic. From bicycal's to big rigs. Hell, I spent the money to convert my Silverado over to a manual. Better gas mileage and a hell of alot more fun to drive.

  • @tillyb1989 and hes not even using the clutch most of the time i can see. nice job of floating

  • Amazing skill to be able to shift an non synchro with only a few cluth operations. A really nice truck. thanks for posting!

  • @Huludcaf non syncros can be floated with a little practice. you MUST match rpms whether or not you use the clutch.

  • Both of your videos of the old Mack are some of the best shifting I've ever seen. That's real experience. Just out of curiosity, is this you, a relative or a friend that's driving?

  • @middleagelimbo thats my dad!

  • is that cummins an NA or an Iron Lung?

  • She sounds better with the trailer behind her. Boy this makes me homesick. I sure do miss them Mack plex transmissions. Being retired now, I know I'll never drive one again, but if I did get the chance, I wouldn't turn it down.

  • Nice video love them Tractors !

  • Great Looking Rig, Nice Allis Chalmers too,Makes Me miss the Road.

  • nice truck!!
