Steel Force - Roller Coaster

When you are "ready" to go on your first big coaster(200ft +) - Steel Force is a good candidate. You could do Bizarro(Superman ROS) at New England first - but from personal experience Steel Force could not prepare me for that one. Bizarro is a few feet higher and goes 13ft lower(underground), and is 10degrees steeper with a slightlty steeper lift hill going up. There are taller and steeper first drops out there, but good old Bizarro still gets me every time!

I shouldn't have gone to Six Flags Great Adventure first. This park was such a letdown. Nitro is so much better than this. Steel Force in comparison was slower and less G's.

Sorry, but Knoebels by FAR gets my vote . I've been to Knoebels like 80 times in my life before and I just love it so much ! (: It feels like I'm at home when I go there .

Knoebels is more of like a family amusement park . Tbh, I think its more fun .

people say, "the first drop seems like your gonna die". do they say this because of the shear hight, or because it hurts when you go down? let me know, im thinking about going on it in 2 days. but i want to know what it's like. the largest coaster iv'e been on so far was one a little larger than the Thunderhawk. so iv'e never expirienced a "hyper" coaster. please respond. And if you have any tips for a first time hyper coaster rider, please let me know. thanks

its because of the g forces and it can feel kind of steep and the height too. it does not hurt one bit. I think it's the smoothest coaster i've ever been on. I hope you went on it cuz i was scared at first but now it's my favorite roller coaster of all time

Jaja my friends literaly forced me into this ride and i almost died the first drop and then the lil bumps were so uqhh i felt tickeish ahh i dont even wanna rember but it was fun and make sure to look at the pic at the end of the ride. on mine my eyes were pulled back and my moutch was opened part of my shirt was covering my head haha and the person next to me was smiling and with their hands up in the air hha dat was so extremly F.U.N!!!

I didnt really like this ride... mostly due to the fact that the lift hill, and the GIANT helix took up like 2/3 of the entire ride....

soo i went on this ride like last year and it was my first rollercoaster so i got like shit scared but it was ssickk!

im going to six flags (friet festival) with my dance class so i wanted to know how taller is kingda ka than this cause i deffinatly have to go on kingda ka and ell toro (thats what my sisters told me i should doo)

steel force-205 foot drop.

el toro-176 foot drop.

kingda ka-418 foot drop.

you also NEED to go on nitro when you go!!! that one has a 215 foot drop. it's one of my favorite coasters. it's scary, but amazing.

the scariest part of kingda ka is the wait for it to launch. i promise you that you will love it! just watch the faces of everyone coming off the ride. everyone is smiling!

I once rode it 5 times in a row, I got a headache after all that. I waz like only 10 that time I haven't gone to Dorney in 2 years! I want to go now! My mom can't take me though, except I do go to Konobels which I don't really like, I do like the water rides. I went to Hershey last summer and it rocked. The best park I was at was Great Adventure in 6 or 7th grade.

I did that on magnum xl200 at Dorney's sister Cedar point, and I put my hands on some womans shoulders instead of the bar. She didn't notice though. Magnum's pretty identical to SF, except magnum is made by Arrow, and SF is made by Chance Morgan.

and magnum xl 200 owns steel force. the airtime on magnum compared to steel force is ridiculous. i have to say though steel force's helix is uber intense.
