  • This brings back sooo many sweet memories of me dancing around the living room with hair brush in hand! Melba is still going strong on Facebook - check her out she looks amazing.

  • add this to the sound track of my life ... this brings back great memories

  • I like your style Slayd5000!!! keep up the good cuts!!

  • Great song. Excellent time for disco in 1978. Those were the days.

  • M.M'ish!

  • I was 8 when Ms. Moore did this? DANG...

  • A top ten "gem" in my crate of vinyls! Thank you for posting this song, Slayd!

  • beautiful sexy little song, thank you melba for your rendition

  • i danced with a fine girl named melissa when this jam came out.

  • Heck yeah, this is a Bee Gee's cover....tore it up!!!! Blazing, thanks for posting. Can you find Archie Bell's Stragedy????

  • Yes, yes, yes...BeeGee's recorded it. I listen to it all the time on my ipod.

  • This shit still kicks ass. I have it on both 12" and lp. They're both used but still work very well.

  • brothers gibb tear this song up

  • Most seriously funk classic!!! Superb to vid.

  • There is no such thing as DISCO! Its called DANCE MUSIC! Most rythymless Monkeys know nothing about DANCING. They have 2 left feet. The Kids of today love to dance. just like I did when I was a kid and still love to dance today at 66!

  • And don't forget, Wayne Newton also did a version of that as well.

  • BONNE DISCO CLASSIQUE DE MELBA MOORE 70' S

  • a classic!!!!!!!

  • Thnx. for the memories with this Masterpiece!

  • @davidwalach this song was never done by the Bee Gee's. Disco however is an era where musically songs may sound similar in production, melody and rhythm.

  • @shadm81 Actually, the Bee Gees recorded the original version of "You Stepped..." back in1976 for their Children Of The World album. Two full years before Melba's cover.

  • @Slayd5K Uh........NO

  • @bospet40 uh....YES

  • @Slayd5K True dat. I remember the Bee Gees' version too. Both were done very well..

  • @Slayd5K You know these new jacks, don't have any musical history knowledge. LOL!

  • some of the BeeGees tunes sounded better by other artists...this is an excellent example...do u also have the remix?

  • On the money!

  • Brilliant soul record from 1978. I have this single in my collection.
