  • The new necrons are awesome!!

  • Their name is Death and their numbers are legion.

That was before Ward. Now they are Tomb Kings. In space. Wooh.

I'll forever remember the necron as they are presented in this video. Thx.

  • Screw the God emperor! I'm retreating!

  • Organic life is nothing but a genetic mutation, an accident. Your lives are measured in years and decades. You wither, and die. We are eternal, the pinnacle of evolution and existence. Before us, you are nothing. Your extinction is inevitable. We are the end of everything.

  • Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh. You touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance, incapable of understanding.

  • 0

    SOVEREIGN

We are eternal. The pinnacle of evolution and existence. Before us, you are nothing. Your extinction is inevitable. We are the end of everything. necrons are sames reaprs from mass effect

  • Love the music "IN THE VOID...NOBODY WILL HERE YOU SCREAM"

  • I am gonna make them, the strongest race in whole universe

    They are nichilistic buddhists

  • necron are reapers of warhammer 40k not even star wars forces cannot stand against them necrons are eternal pinnacle of evultion and exisistence before star wars force are nothing they destruction in invetible necrons are end of everything

  • @190shepard the pinnacle is to throw off material forms entirely, to becoming a being of pure energy

  • Necrons= Wahammer's response to Halo's The Flood

  • @MrCrossoverer Necrons are way older than the flood dude, in story, and IRL.

If anything, the flood is halo's response to Warhammer's Necrons.

  • @TheArrancar44 either way there both badass

  • @TheArrancar44 The biggest mystery of all is, who created them? Why? and what happened to them? My guess is its a similar story to the Classic Cylons in the old Battlestar Galatica, they were meant for defense but they turned against their creators and wiped them out

  • @TheArrancar44 and not true, the forerunners were the oldest race, and they had a old rival, the Flood. i say the flood and necrons are about or around the same age <_<. Forerunners took every race and store them, the flood technically pwned all and thus that is why the forerunners stored all races, to launch them out again, after they had killed the flood.

  • @MrCrossoverer necrons came out years before halo, the flood were based off of one of bungies previous games

  • I want to say that this video perfectly capture the Necron ideal...wonderful job.

  • @PhilippeLizard Appreciated. Thanks a lot.

  • @VeeTpl hi there AWSOME tribute alot better then those that just put a metal song over some pitchers... but i was wondering if you know where i can get my hands on necron lore and maby movies or films about them any lore is welcome :))

  • I wonder who would be victorious in a war between the Tyranids and the Necrons?

  • @acamp1995 id have to go in favor of the Necron with their overwhelming firepower and living metal bodies the Tyranid would have a tough time breaking them apart but what'd be worse is a Necron Monolith Phalanx pounding the Tyranid to ashes

  • @acamp1995 NECRONS!!! THEY WOULD WALK UP LOOK THE TYRANIDS STRAIGHT IN THE EYE GIVE THEM THE BIG MOTHER F$%$ING MIDDLE FINGER, AND THEN BLAST THOSE PILES OF FLESH AWAY MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AND THE NECRON LORD WOULD BECOME GOD FOR BEING SUCH A BOSS AND PWNING THE GOD D$%$ PEICE OF SH$# TYRANIDS!!! does that answer your question?

  • @CellthePhone

In an elaborate, ranting sort of way, yes, yes it does.

  • @acamp1995 XD good good. Sorry i think Tyranids would lose to the necrons, just cause the necrons got a lot higher of tech, and are fearless regardless if they got a leader on the battle field ( if you look at past the tyranids go nuts if they lose their leader )

  • @acamp1995 Sorry the Ryashon person is me, my friend forgot to log out so i mis used his account lol

  • @acamp1995 Necrons, They can use the same technology they use with Pariahs to render the Tyranid synaptic web of command useless,

  • And now the necron update by GW. AWSUM

  • "Your desires are irrelevant. This galaxy once knelt before us, and it shall do so again." - Overlord Akanabehk

  • "We WILL NOT FAIL!"

    "... You will..."

  • pic at 4:20 is just awesome

  • This soundtrack is from Deus Ex!!!

  • @LukaRUSSPlit

I think it's actually from Metal Gear Solid.

  • Nooooo, the first part of the soundtrack is from Deus ex!

  • @LukaRUSSPlit Description, gentlemen. ;)

  • That music.. its from metal gear solid on ps1!

  • Tyranids win. All other case arguements are invalid.

  • Some people criticize the Necrons by saying that they are just "Tomb Kings from Warhammer Fantasy, IN SPACE." This is, of course, quite true. What I don't understand is the implication that "Tomb Kings IN SPACE" isn't a fucking AWESOME concept. Every other 40k race (except tyranids and tau) are also obvious equivalents of Warhammer fantasy races.

Necrons rule, coolest 40k faction fluff IMO, with Chaos running a close second and the Eldar and Orks tied for third.

  • i think you found the perfect music for the necrons you realy get the feeling of an souless army coming your way

  • @frederikIII Appreciated, mate! Thanks a lot. :]

  • This soundtrack is from Deus Ex!!!

  • here's how you deal with a necron, first, invite one over for tea. next, when he comes over throw him in a smelting pot. third get a freaky nid to drink the molted metal and squirt it at the rest of the necron army and boom yosa done wit da rons...

  • Tomb worlds can be hide for them to last moment, Ctan can consume incredibly huge soul of hive mind too i think and necrons dont need a warp, so its perfect enemy of Tyranids.

  • Comment removed

  • tyranids will harvest everythin live in galaxy, and necrons with star gods harvest them. its so simple. void dragon, deceiver and nightbringer will devour them gladly.

  • Where can i download the first part of the music - Deus Ex vanden?

  • @diablolordboss gh(dot)ffshrine(dot)org is your #1 web source for video game music.

  • @2:03

    real action starts there

  • "presses subscribe"

  • @BLADEsora914 You have no idea how my grin was wide after seeing this comment. And it still does the same!

    Many thanks!

  • @VeeTpl i have to say it but you proubly wont read this but anyway thank you for this epic tribute you have make a vid that shows the core of the necrons and trust me i have seen them all ALL necron tribute on youtube i have seen them all and this one is far the best one. cant explain it more then you show ours the core of the name necron or on other terms Death! it self.

  • @ArugalSwe I ALWAYS read comments.

Thanks a lot for the words, but I still think you missed a few good Tributes. From IAMTHEDECIEVER, GKJusticar55, SOSYML and Horus19961.

And a voice compilation from ImperatorDominatus.

    Cheers!

  • @VeeTpl i shall check them up then :D thanks

  • @VeeTpl hello did somebody mentioned me?:D

  • @Horus19961 YESH. For that particular video, you have my recommendation.

  • NECRONS ARE SO IMBALANCED AND OVERPOWERED IN DARK CRUSADE! Its frustrating...

  • Very good job, i look upon necrons in a different light now after watching this, i look upon them with a disturbing aura.

Very well made, the tone is perfect. Great job on the Description as well, i thought it was from a book since it had so many little details described to you.

  • @gtgoskate Much appreciated, lad!

Even looking at comments half-a-year-old still makes me smile.

    Cheers!

  • Okay. Tyranids eat all forms of organic material, including the minerals found in all metals. Tyranids can, indeed, gather biomass by breaking down the organic minerals found in Necrons, but there is a reason they rarely ever do so. Necron Tomb Worlds are devoid of life; giving Tyranids little to no reason to invade. The amount of biomass they would need to expend to take over a Tomb World wouldn't be worth the amount they get back, which is why Tyranids usually avoid fighting Necrons.

  • Why do I have a feeling that Terminator might be an inspiration for necrons...

  • Maechu forgot something, it is supposed to be this:

"We must choose unity and death or death"

  • the cold tide approaches...

  • well know that the Deceiver sucks ass (and not in a good way) but still one must consider his geniusness. the Nightbringer however should totally finish eating that C'Tan loser and take the universe for himself!!! just saying

  • did you write that description or is it from a book

  • @caos1925 Sorry for the late reply.

This description is actually wrote by me.

  • @VeeTpl well great job then

  • Film fajny ,ale co do Nekronów to bez przesady z tą ich zajebistoscią . Są ciency jak dupa węża . Nie ma to jak chopaki i wielkie WAAAAAGHH :D

  • “We are not creatures of flesh and emotion, but of circuit and reason. We are the machine, and the machine will not be denied.” – Necron Lord designated ‘Herald of Dismay’, Damnos Incident

and thats why the necrons dont fuck around

    Dzięki za komentarz.

  • ecrons are definitely the only army i would use to take down tyranids. They have the mobility, (destroyers and monolith phasing, etc.) the armor, and most certainly the high volume of firepower needed to kill both large amounts of lesser creatures and those damnable monsters, (carnifexes, the hive tyrant, and the dreaded trygon, (WHICH CAN DEEP STRIKE! GRRRR). Ever since the command squad was ruined in the 5th edition codex marines have sucked against tyranids.

  • A cool way to show the awakening of the necrons would be that another tyranid hive fleet would be entering, making the imperial guard shake in their boots just to arrive at the scene, with no trace of them what so ever. Just a lingering sense of an even greater evil lurking in the stars, biding their time.

  • Nice viedo,

I bet that the necrons will take over the galaxy x) they are to many and to hard to kill :P

  • From what I have seen on YouTube, I have to say yours is definitely the best. I only just got into the DoW series. And I can without animosity say that you have changed my favorite race in the series. For most of the tributes I have seen about the races of the DoW, most are anticlimactic, uninteresting. But your style, and selection of how you put together these are... How to say, extraordinary to say the least. Keep up the good work, you are definitely the best at what you do. ;-)

  • @Hidan119 Keep in mind that this is actually Warhammer 40,000. DoW is just a little, what the Universe itself has to offer. Trust me. ;)

Thanks a lot for your words. But I assure youthere many, MANY other Tribute makers whose work greatly represents races from DoW (and more).

I'm just one these guys who spend more, than few minutes per project. And it's nice to notice, how people can appreciate that. :)

    Thank you for support.

  • @VeeTpl

Of course there is! It's just I like your Necron tribute more then others. Though, while I watched other tributes to the various races in the DoW universe. Your Imperial Guard tribute, with the Hell-march theme made me laugh actually... Just brought back memories of C&C, and how surprisingly well it fit the Guard

  • @Hidan119 I didn't use Hell March...

  • @VeeTpl

    Soviet March* Whoopsies...

  • Dialouge from Dawn of War Dark crusade:

Necron Pariah: "Death has come for you govenor!"

Govenore Alexander: "The necron are here men! Drive them back to their tombs!"

It's really too bad the guardsmen only carry flash lights while the necron carry crazy powerful generators in their metallic hands :)

  • After watching more & more Necron tributes on YouTube I always want to return and watch yours. This tribute just cannot be compared with ANY OTHER. Why? Because even after many months after watching it first time, I still want to watch it again... and AGAIN! BECAUSE IT IS AWESOME! It has everything – unique, creepy climate, ideal for Necrons, epic quotes with so evil font (:D) and arts suited with music very, very well.

Jak na razie... Nie sądzę, żeby ktoś mógł Ci dorównać :)

  • I think there are really great Necron Tributes out there, but the one I really enjoyed was made by IAMTHEDECIEVER.

Anyway, I'm always trying to work out on every possible detail and comments like this don't even let me think, that it was a wasted time. Thanks a bunch, mate!

Also, I wonder what would happen if I'd decide to do a remake of this video. With new music and artworks. We'll see, we'll see.

    Dzięki wielkie, raz jeszcze. ;)

  • @VeeTpl

I've just watched his tribute. It was good, but honestly – I didn't enjoyed it as much as yours.

New Necron tribute with mark of your authorship? Let me know if you'll decide to do it. I'll be counting until that day. Hopefully it will beat even this tribute, still I very doubt about it :)

And sorry if I'm flattering too much. I'm just trying to express my satisfaction about your work ;) Even if it may sound too „sugarish”.

  • @TelepathSinocos No problem, we all like sugar. :D

You're subscribed for some reason - so you'll rather see a new Necron Tribute in the proper window, that I'll let you know before. Just to keep you interested.

  • good thing in dark crusade the board game and soulstorm they don't kill in one hit like in the books

  • MORTIS XENOS, GLORIAM IMPERATOR!!!!

  • That's just the thing, the necrons serve nothing now but the will of the C'Tan and as a result have near endless resources and no morale to lose. The necrons just never lose troops through the C'Tan's will and their repair abilities (the loss of the origional Necrontyr's memories are of no value to the C'Tan) while all their enemies can die

  • I think its funny how their weapons can punch through a land raider and all everyone can say is that the only thing that can do that is a titan. So they just brush it off as myth.

  • everytime a warrior is repaired, he gets weaker, so you'd lose by simple attrition.

  • It doesn't get weaker. It loses his parts of it's memories and personality, 2 thing it doesn't need. They remain 100% combat effective.

  • And the Tyranids would lose because there fleet would be gone before you can see why. Tyranid ships mostly rely on ramming. The Necrons ships are probably the most powerful and also regenerate just like the Necrons.. And the Necrons are bloody damn fast.

  • Everytime you repair a warrior he gets weaker, your lords are insane, your race is divided, your gods are meek. The Hive mind shall destroy your pitiful race.

  • No because the Hive Mind only attacks organic things, Necrons aren't organic, but Tyranids are so Necrons will attack them.

  • No... The Tyranids have no souls. Nothing to feed on, the C'tan are no fools they know who to attack and who not to.. The Tyranids have never attacked a Necron Inhabited planet. Whether there is life on it or not. The Necrons produce.. Simply put a Tyranid Repellant.

  • @Exodurge The C'Tan in the other hand, are the only godlike entities that appear in flesh (well,in living metal actually),however what you see in the tabletop is C'Tan who have basically been torn out of space and rammed into an airtight liquid metal skin.

In their natural form they operate on a scale so large, that they were surprised when they found out that planets exist, let alone the little noisy things on them (Necrontyr),think of a living supermassive black hole.

  • @clickingpinging so what turned them into their physical living metal forms

  • @caos1925 It was their decision, you see as i said C'Tan on their true form they are REALLY big,in this form they drain cosmic energy to live.

However, when the Necrontyr gave them metal bodies, the C'Tan found out that souls are more tasty than cosmic energy,so they favor metal bodies over their true forms,as only while in metal bodies they can harvest souls from their victims, because,if they try to harvest souls in their true form,it's like a human trying to kill a germ with his bare hands.

  • @Exodurge I'm pretty sure the Tyranids would defend themselves if they felt threatend.

  • @darthnemesis02 I'm sure they would, however wouldn't that just be a waste of biomass for them? There is no reason to really fight the Necrons since the Tyranids wouldn't gain anything from the encounter, so why bother. The Tomb World's forces that went crazy and became focused on only being a killing machine (According to the new Codex fluff) would no doubt attack just because they are alive.

  • @Exodurge That and the Biomass would just be destroyed by the Gauss weapons :D

  • yes, the great devourer shall consume all.

  • @HiveFleetHydra Saying that Tyranids will destroy Necrons is preposterous in its own right, For one they would never fight each other Neither side has anything to gain, Tyranids dont have souls to Harvest for the C'tan unless a Necron Fleet Some how Destroyed the Entire Hive mind, which probably wont happen. Just due to the fact that the other souls of different races are better pickings or has more value than the Single large Hive soul, so the Necrons wouldn't even engage Tyranids in a fight

  • @HiveFleetHydra actually the hive mind is a ctan probably The Outsider thats why the two races never have a confrontation

  • @thesparkkrazy Very unlikely, since the Hive Mind is a psychic presence and the C'Tan are extremely anti-warp/psychic energy.

  • @PinkymasterModels well not necessarily, because the Ctan like you said hate all things related to the warp which was created from the minds of living things, the Tyranids already want to consume everything and have little relation to the warp and as we all know are the ultimate predator organisms. This makes them the excellent candidates that they already are to do the Ctan's bidding and wipe out all sentient life.

  • woooo i was afraid of the necrons when i first got dark crusade. But still they are great.

    GREAT JOB

    5\5

  • i love that more info you put in reading that gives me goose bumps every time

  • the necrons embody death better and truer than the plague marines ever could...

  • mgs1 song :D i collect necrons , chaos space marines and the imperial army !!

  • Interestingly, The Necrons were such a great threat to even the Tyranids. As each side battles, the Tyranids have to compete for organisms since the Necrons are living metal. In addition, Tyranids suffer to regenerate because they couldn't attrieve biomatter.

  • Ha. The Necrons will by far defeat the Tyranids. The Necrons are faster. Maybe slow walking. But there attacks are lightning. there ships travel faster than warp travel can take anything. Theyre tough undetectable. they come in and everyones dead before anyone even realises that the necrons were even on the planet. Then they're gone. Take Sanctuary 101 for example

  • The first and last songs were good and the 2nd one was alright. I'm sure other than chaos daemons, nids, and chaos marines the necrons are the only group with a good record at killing space marines. Necrons are terrifying. Chaos daemons would be freaky too. A battle between the two would be awesome. We need more nids, chaos, and necron battles. Imagine the carnage :). Well in the case of necrons nothingness but they'd all be awesome. Nids would just have numbers though.

  • Numbers? Who needs numbers. The necrons are only few for now. They are weak.. For now. as they start to harvest more and MORE will awake and they shall gather there strength once more. They were once invincible. And so they shall be once more

  • necrons cool but not popular amongst collectors of 40k, more people should buy them!!!!

  • the most popular a chaos, space marines, tyranids and orks. thay are the most collected

  • lol at the metal gear solid music i the middle

  • The Necrons: The metal lives. The metal lives. The metal lives. THE METAL LIVES. THE METAL LIVES. THE METAL LIVES. THE METAL LIVES.

At best I could muster only apathy for Necrons, more commonly active dislike for how they've dimished the threat of Chaos. After watching this, I find myself feeling interest, and sometimes even fear towards the deathless hordes, which is impressive. Unfortunately I have yet to determine the reason for this, therefore more research is required.

    *hits replay*

  • Incredible. Absolutely Incredible.. "Death comes For you!" >:D

None shall be left alive in the wake of the Necrons

  • what are those units at 2:58?

  • What happened with commenting videos?

  • I think it's two C'tan, Deceiver and Nightbringer. Either that, or it's just two random Necron Lords.

  • lords

  • @supajasiu i think necron lords personly deticated to first the deciver then the night bringer while most like in soulstorm are all four C'tan gods

  • hmmm I'd daresay that The Terminator got it's inspiration from necrons, though i'm not sure if the necrons were conceptualized by GW when the movie came out

  • No, Necrons use to be called Chaos Androids or something like that and were not released until after the first Terminator and possibly the second also. I don't think G.W took the idea of the Terminator either although they do obviously share a similarity.

  • Read the White Dwarf when they were originally released. 216 or so I think.

Ie: around about 1996 or so.

    A good decade after Terminator.

Though I will give you the Chaos androids, can't recall when they were released, but they look nothing like the modern 'Crons.

  • Really? Oh, I thought that the Necrons and The Terminator were not based off one another in anyway, my mistake.

I hope that they arnt actually based off the Terminator bodies, I think the beauty of Necrons are thier in-emotional faces and the way they are silent etc. Either way, they are cool :)

  • Actually G.W wanted to make something like the tomb kings to be placed in the 40k universe, so they created the Necrons and based their design on them.

  • Erm. No.

The original Necrons are clearly "inspired" by Terminator.

  • Debatable :D

  • i wonder what it would be like to be a necron. i would want to be a pariah.

  • To be a necron would be as close to being a machine as any mortal can get. It would be a life of no emotion, a life of eternal servitude and zero freedom. Even pariahs seem to be made from blanks meaning that they are little more than a thinking automaton that serves the star gods for no reason besides the fact the star gods told them to. The necrons would basically be in their own personal hell if they had enough of their mind to be aware of that.

  • But in a few respects necrons have a sort of edge the living dont. They get to sleep out alot of their existance in the nightmare that is the 40k universe, and if killing is their main goal, they do exeedingly well.

  • you wouldn't want to, believe me.

  • OMG!!!!

    Metal Gear Solid's music!

I'll give u 5stars for the work dude!

  • This video is cool! Well done :)

    +Fave +5stars

  • Another amazing tribute, every track you use seems to fit perfectly no matter where it is from.

  • OMG, this has to be the coolest necron tribute I've ever seen. I agree with 123DawnofWar321, most tributes are just random pics with crappy music, but these...... speechless. 5/5 and fav

  • Wow theres acc some real effort is these tributes because normally i see them and there just pics of shit with random music with these i can really feel the presence of the necrons xD i lve it rated faved and i already subbed :D

  • Thanks a lot.

  • Bezduszni Nekroni... Ten trybut jest naprawdę mroczny (czyt. świetny) z jak zwykle klimatyczną muzyka :D

  • yet another master Peace for the master of Warhammer!

  • Amazing tribute, who'd have thought that Metal Gear Solid would go well with Necrons?

    Genius!

  • Thank you. That's an honour for me.

  • Don't mention it.

  • @yuggothian

In fact I think a Metal Gear Solid theme could fit in quite nicely with 40K.

  • Kurde, długo tu nie zaglądałem:P Będę musiał pooglądać to co mnie ominęło:D A za ten filmik 10-ka:D Zajebiste obrazy i świetny dark ambient. Jaki to zespół?

  • Wszystko masz w creditsach i opisie.

Do tego Trybutu wykorzystałem soundtrack'i z gier.

  • Good work! the music makes those pictures spring to life.

  • That's one creepy soundtrack that's for sure and really captures the Necrons atmosphere/feeling. Also what programs do you use for the editing?

  • Thank you.

All is done in Windows Movie Maker.

  • 90% of my vids are made in WMM however i still don't know how you can edit those panning effects (1:29)(3:10) and close ups on a noncentral point (1:47)! How do you manage that?

  • 1:29 - panorama from left to right + making picture smaller from the left bottom corner

1:47 - making picture smaller from the left top corner

3:10 - panorama from left to right

  • your videos really do justice to Warhammer 40k.

    Do you Play the hobby?

If so, What Army (or armies) do you collect?

I´ve been collecting or over a year. i collect Tau Empire (Sa´cea Sept - Light blue - urban combat), Ultramarines 2nd comany (blue with gold trim, led by captain Sicarius) and have a few Eldar.

I Just wrote an army list for crimson Fists and i might start them soon.

my freind paul (youtube user Tedarkness, you probably know him.) is an Avid Imperial Gaurd player.

  • Awesome tribute! Wait... this is... The One! Great choice of music.

  • John Connor will kick their metal ass...joking :P

its a good tribute i was thinking to make one too i hope it will be as good as this one. :D

  • I'll check your Grey Knights' Tributes.

Let me know when your Necron one is finished.

  • Great job, man! A nearly ultimate Necrons Tribute!

(I say nearly because I hope you will make more jewels like this).

    Greetings!

  • nice! I am a space marine fan, but i think everyone knows who will win in the end, the never ending march of the necrons will crush all.

  • That song was way too jolly... ;)

Awesome vid, certainly captured the necrons

  • Jak zwykle, kolejny świetny filmik od ciebie :)

Ty to masz talent do tego!

    Kolejny favourite :)

  • Creepy.....just creepy...

  • Not quite my favorite 40K race, but a great and creepy tribute nevertheless. Keep up the good work!

  • AMAZING ONE! Nothing to add, nothing to remove! Just 5 stars + fav, but that's still not enough! Great work!

  • They walk, silantly forward, their lifeless forms continuously moving. They fear no evil, they say nothing, they simply exist to destroy whatever is in their path. Be it stalwart Guardsman, Holy Space Marine or foul witch eldar, herretical Tau, or even the Great Enemy in its many forms, the Necron do not flee, they do not chant the hyms of their star gods, they simply move ever foreward, like death itself. It is that simple, silent mannor and terrible power that causes fear in all who oppose.

  • The music perfectly fits the way the necrons work, the images are AMAZING, and the flow is great. Very good, 5 stars. One of the best tributes i've seen.

  • Thank you!

    Much appreciated!

  • it's stunning. I think that describes it all.

    It makes me chill.

  • I Znów dodałem dzieło z Twojej wytwórni do ulubionych ;p

Very good tribute, dark and macabra... One more from Your movies to my favourite ;p

    EMPEROR protects :)
