Two questions...

1). Is this all one level? If so then >9000 ProSlices of Cake forged deep in the bowels of Apeture Science, you guys are good.

2). How exactly does this system of having a team of creators work when you are thinking about consistency. For obviously Person A is not going to make a foot soldier the same way Person B is, but the foot soldiers must be consistent for the level to look good. How do you do it?

It's amazing how much work goes into this stuff. I wouldn't even know where to begin. hehe... I need to learn how to make better levels. Nothing I've made is good enough to publish. Maybe soon. :P

@Temjin99 I saw that last night! I was a little surprised to see a sequel. I know it's been a couple years, but I figured they could continue to release DLC on LBP1 for quite a while. User created levels are at an all time high and they haven't even finalized the PlayStation Move on the first game yet!

Quite a lot of people haven't even played through all of the story levels because they are having so much fun on the community levels. I just hope MM doesn't drop support for LBP1 too soon!

Whoa. Just... whoa. That is totally awesome. You probably had to max out the Thermometer every time to get that amount of detail in each level. Can't wait to play it when I finally get a PS3.

You don't actually have to buy the mgs pack to play levels that use it.

Well, it is required to get any Prize Bubbles in a level that uses the pack. Or maybe it's only if a prize uses assets of the MGS pack, so ones that only use the original LBP stuff can be collected... At least, from what I could tell from other youtube videos...

you only need 30 people to get the Create trophy. As long as you has 2 friends just have them heart all 20 of your levels you heart all 20 of your levels and have random people fill in the other 10. Just make Heart 4 Heart levels and say if they heart you as a creator and leave a comment you will heart back. That should be all 20 of your levels. You will get it it worked for me. If a level doesn't get any hearts delete and and repost it. Cuz at that point its about creator hearts.

Also, why not make it so that the little Red Falcon Boxes and cannons could be shot at as well, you know, the ones that appear in the first, third, fifth, and seventh levels? And I wish Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean 4 were on PS3, but we can't all get what we want, unfortunately. Either live with it and play it at a friend's house, or buy the PS3. (though I believe the toolset for creation doesn't even fit on DVD-9, so it would be a difficult port even if it weren't owned entirely by Sony)

I'll probably end up getting a 360 for some RPGs that will never see the light of day on PS3.

Nope. The team that does Star Ocean doesn't even have PS3 dev kits... They've NEVER worked with the system.

Namco Bandai doesn't have that problem, but so far every Tales game except Phantasia (and maybe one of the PSP ones) was exclusive to the system it started on . If anything, PS3 will get its own exclusive Tales game.

actually the PS3 and PSP run off of the Same basic OS. And Star Ocean First Departure and Second Evolution are on the PSP.

The interface is not the same as the OS... I mean, the PSP and PS3 don't even use the same architecture. PSP is MIPS and PS3 is PPC. The fact they both have XMB doesn't mean anything. You can put XMB on a windows machine if you wanted... Having a PSP dev kit doesn't mean you can make PS3 games, for sure...

For all the people asking how to play the levels: These are just normal user made LBP levels. Just go to cool levels and search for the authors listed in *more info*. As for the paintinator gun, just download the Metal Gear Solid expansion pack for LBP. Comes with materials, the gun, stages made just for the expansion pack and MGS music.
