all you have to do is restore with a custom firmware. Download the firmware you want to downgrade to. Build this ipsw with sn0wbreeze. put your phone in pwnd dfu mode with redsn0w or sn0wbreeze or iREB. then do a shift+restore in itunes and select the custom firmware file. easy as pie.
