  • So you want the tax payers to have to pay for these murderers until they die in prison? Oh, that sounds like a wonderful plan.

  • @DerHund57 No one said that and even in USA death penalty costs more than life in prison. Just commit suicide and you don`t need to pay taxes. Also many contries you can get death penalty for another crimes then murder!

  • a person who commits a heinous and unspeakable crime shouldn't be sentenced to live warm, well fed, and comfortable on societies dime.

  • @poperussian Living in prison is hardly living warm, well fed and comfortable.

  • @Diffmania Welcome to Finland! Here you even get vacations. Not kidding!

  • @MrPappa2566 even here in the US you get parole. I don't favor that at all. All convicted murderers should be locked up for life without any hope of ever being free to roam the streets. Prison in this country is nothing like it is in Scandanavian countries. It is absolute hell. Just look at jeffrey dahmer. He died just 2 years after the start of his sentence. And your right. In many middle eastern countries you can be put to death for paying for sex and having sex with the same gender!

  • @Diffmania Yeah but parole is something different from vacation...

  • i dont agree with torture, i dont like people who put other people through abusive relationships, but i do agree with capital punishment. I think its wrong that amnesty international wants it abolished world wide. ted bundy confessed to raping, murdering and performing acts of necrophilia on 30 women, he was killed by electric chair. did he not deserve to die?

Gary Bishop killed and molested 5 young children, did he not deserve to die?

If you dont think they do, your as bad as them.

  • After looking at the cost of living for death row inmates, ask yourself what you would do with them. I can't speak for the rest of the world because I havn't seen the justice system there, and im sure no one else has. In the US however, we are very fair and just. Our system is so unbiased we let O.J Simpson and Casey Anthony off.

  • "they are going to kill him because he killed somebody, so when they kill him, who do we get to kill?" jesus christ, this is making no sense. too bad! thats what you get for having a murderer father. amnesty international should stop wasting money campaigning for issues like this and put more attention in protecting real human rights - such as north korean prisoner camps. murderers have no human rights, they took away the rights of someone else so theirs should be taken away permanently too.

  • murderers have no human rights. MORE DEATH PENALTY!!

  • @sexymohms that just makes you just as bad as the murderer by saying that as a murderer may think similairly about someone they kill

  • fuck the death penalty and all these stupid shit gocvernment pieces of shit that makes it legal...fuck them all !!!¡¡¡

  • @ihatesaturdays

but my tax dollars are keeping him/her alive. I have a better idea your money will keep him alive while i use my money to invest research to keep people alive as in medicine

  • "An eye for an eye, makes the whole world blind"

  • Amnesty: Where are you when Swedish courts force sexually abused children to stay with the abusive parent? Does the rights of psychopaths weigh more heavily than the rights of children? The death penalty rids society of the worst predators imaginable. It should, however, not be applied where there is any doubt about the guilt, nor should it be used as retaliation. Only as a safeguard.

  • Amnesty International go to hell! Our justice system is a shambles and we need the death penalty back urgently. I guarantee you would want it back if you or a family member were the victim of a heinous crime.

There are far more innocent lives taken as a result of crooks being kept alive than there have been wrongful executions for your information. Sarah Payne being the prime example.

The death penalty needs to return urgently. We cannot do without it!

  • I wish our country had death penalty, murderers deserve to die

  • @Guard655 I 100% agree. Although I think paedophiles, rapists and terrorists should as well. Rightly said!

  • @eastender86 Yes true, wipe out these filths from the society. Just a burden for the rest of us if to pay for their jail.

  • HELP! Many Belarussians believe the two men were subject to an unfair, sensational trial bereft of hard evidence of their guilt. These pending executions are a violation of their human rights, a stain on justice system of Belarus and an outrage to people all over the world.

Please sign this petition and ask your friends to join us in demanding that the executions of Kanavalau and Kavalyou be halted immediately.

  • if anything should happen about death penalty...it should me more frequently applied. cheers

  • Thank god this aint in the uk but they should stop it now!!! im in the uk and i feel sorry for the USA and other countries im a good person thats why im sayin this

  • @Punkrock3011 I agree so much. I look at the USA and I don't know whether to laugh or to cry at this.

  • Everybody has there own opinion and thats fine. I dont beleave in the death sentence and neither do my family. i'm the type of person who if one of my family gets killed i'd torture them myselves once i got them alone but i wouldnt kill them.thats all the justice i need cause i dont know what your proving killing someone.prisions hell on earth let em rot there. ya'll take care.

  • if killing is Wrong then why kill the killer?

  • @TheOneKaboom Agreed!

  • @TheOneKaboom I agree with you 100% dude.

  • if killing is Wrong then why kill the killer?

  • So what I just heard is that the Death Penalty causes the cycle of violence. What a load of crap.

  • If someone has been convicted of murder and there is undisputable DNA evidence proving thier guilt why waste tax money keeping them alive in prison. Kill the assholes. A 30-06 bullet only costs about $1.00.

  • @bucksmasher1 You are forgetting funeral, arrestment, and executioner costs. Go look it up online it says execution costs about 1-3 million dollars a case up to 7 million. A prison life is very minimul and at an average costs 500,000 dollars. Plus, lets pretend you are correct. It still isn't going to bring taxes down.

  • @GladForGladius The tax money is all eaten up by lawyers appeals and other trivial bullshit. The way I look at it, if you are found guilty of being a murdering piece of shit the 1st time by UNDISPUTABLE evidence there should be no appeals allowed. I'm sure you could get someone to legally shoot them for $50.00. As far as funeral costs go ,don't bother embalming them just put em in a prison made pine box and shove em in the ground. Cut the lawyers out and you'll save a shit load of tax money.

  • @bucksmasher1 What if one of your guns was used to kill someone and your DNA evidence was still on the trigger, I guess it would cost $1 to get rid of you - don't worry Amnesty International would still oppose your death penalty as would I.

  • @badawyelghad How powerful a message would it be if you took a brutal murderous dictator and use, reason, logic and evidence to enlighten them

Most dictators are doing what they do for good reasons for the good of the country or their family, just like the suicide bomber thinks he is doing the right thing by god, imagine if someone is trapped in isolation and is only allowed to deal with reasonable people, over time they might change their views and ideals - very idealistic, maybe unpractical

  • What about "Stop stoning" ?

  • I'm against the death penalty without 100% assurance of the guilt ,, but what about someone like Qaddafi , Mubarak or Ben Laden ? should they enjoy life after murdering and torturing thousands of innocent people ?

  • @badawyelghad

No - they should not enjoy life.

They should rot in a cell for the rest of their natural lives, contemplating what they have done.

We are above them and their horrific deeds.

One of the greatest examples for the abolition of the death penalty was the execution of Sadam Hussein.

That man showed immense dignity, while a buch of leather-jacketed thugs put the noose around his neck.

Those thugs were acting on OUR behalf - it was sickening. He died with honour he never deserved.

  • please give your support to stop death penalty in india.

    3 men facing death penalty.

    bit(dot)ly/n167zw

  • stop death penalty - its inhuman to kill people that have no means of defence - its no good example for treating humans

  • @khi590 once it's abolished ima kill everyone i see and im going to jail to enjoy my stay =D

  • @SHlNeeFAN Well, if only death penalty stops you.. try to get help...best wishes

  • Ok that was AFRICA they murder for no reason over there ... being on death row probably extended his life

  • @Moviebaby2009 Its the same way when war is started. War antics are viewed internationally as barbarous and anachronistic, but SOMETIMES its necessary nonetheless. Our government is going to rid us of foreigners that jeopardize our society, and they're going to rid us of menacing members of society who just want to hurt the rest. It's their job to do that. It may seem barbaric to you, but getting rid of them is the best way to insure that no one else is going to get hurt

  • @Moviebaby2009 The definition of constitutional justice is punishing someone in a way that is proportional to their crime. They kill someone else, they get killed. That's fair and justified, it doesnt matter how wrong you think it is. Just b/c we were taught to think that violence is wrong, doesnt mean our government is above it when it comes to protecting its citizens, so ppl really need to get over it.

  • @Moviebaby2009 A life sentence doesnt always keep them in jail. If they commit a crime at 20 and get a life sentence, they're out at 40. Let me remind you, ppl who get on death row are serial killers, serial rapists, child rapists - sometimes. Those are crimes of sadism. Do you know how low a chance there is of rehabilitating a sadist? That's why we have the death penalty, b/c we cant just give them a life sentence and add more years on top, you have to wait until he does something else.

  • @Moviebaby2009 I didnt say you were retarded, i basically said that the logic was retarded. But, okay, if you want to get that sensitive about it, whatever. And im aware getting rid of killers wont bring anyone back, its not about that. Its about preventing them from doing it again

  • @Moviebaby2009 Oh, and as for your scenario, if a family member killed someone and got the death penalty, I'd be taken aback and I would acknowledge that if they didnt want to end up on death row, they would've never done it. So either way, it's their responsibility. And its not my job to stand up for his/her life, regardless of how many lives they took, when he/she is the one who got themselves in that situation in the first place.

  • @Moviebaby2009 'People like you' show more attention and sympathy to the murderers than you do the victims, and that's why 'people like me' get mad b/c thats stupid. You're obsessing over the lives of serial killers and rapists saying that noone should decide who lives and dies, do you not get how dumb that is? You're contradicting yourself. You're going to defend the life of someone who already took a life and say "who are you to take away someone's life". That's retarded!

  • @Moviebaby2009 They're silly? Didnt you just say that there's no such thing as killing for a good cause? So now you want to act like what i said doesnt apply to you after you said nothing good comes from killing someone. "Ofcourse you would do anything, even kill, to save more lives", you see how you just contradicted yourself. Killers kill in prison too, hun. If they're killing ppl outside of prison, what's stopping them from killing inside it?

  • @Moviebaby2009 Yea honey they're murderers, its not our fault that they can dish it but cant take it. So, they cant handle a dose of their own medicine, who's fault is that. A shot to the vein that puts you to sleep, you cant really get anymore modern than that. And yea, a few ppl probably were wrongfully accused in the past, but DNA and crime scene science today can effectively eliminate almost all uncertainty. And im curious as to why you havent mentioned the scenarios i gave you.

  • @Moviebaby2009 Barbaric-exceedingly cruel, savagely brutal. Are you kidding me? Giving someone a painless shot that puts them to terminal sleep is not savagely brutal. If we were in "Medieval" times we'd be cutting people in half, crushing rib cages, tearing off limbs, disemboweling, and boiling ppl alive, thats medieval honey, so get your facts straight. And fyi, ppl on death row are committees of heinous crimes that have a slim to none chance of rehabilitation, thats why we have to kill them.

  • @Moviebaby2009 You're not a very smart individual are you? I mean, its one thing to sympathize for the lives lost, but its another thing to say that killing evil is evil, when in reality we're just trying to get rid of sick menaces in our society. Do you know how many ppl would still be alive if someone would've succeeded in killing Hitler? But i guess it doesnt matter b/c "nothing good comes from that". You're sitting here defending KILLERS saying noone should determine who lives or dies genius

  • @Moviebaby2009 Oh really, so say a terrorist was threatening to bomb parts of Washington state to get to political leaders, killing him wouldnt be worth the thousands of innocent lives we would've prevented from being taken away. And I guess if anyone would've had a chance to kill the terrorists that led two planes into the twin towers, it would be morally wrong to do so b/c "there's no such thing as killing for a good cause" even though it would've saved the lives of thousands.

  • I honestly think that none of you would be so quixotic about the situation if it was your wife and daughter that was brutally raped and set on fire, or if it was your father that was stabbed to death 16x by some maniac. If you were tortured with images of your loved ones dying so violently, there's no way you would think that getting a painless shot that would put you to sleep was so 'inhumane'. If something like that happened to you, you'd probably either look forward to it or you just not care

  • @Moviebaby2009 What do you mean "who are we to decide?" We're Americans who dont want rapists and killers in our society, that's who we are. Whether we judge or not, we're still going be that. There is such a thing as killing for a good cause whether you want to believe it or not. There is a difference between killing a murderer to stop him from doing it again, and killing someone b/c you feel like it, if thats still classified as murder, so be it. Being quixotic about it wont fix it.

  • @Moviebaby2009 And I would say you supporting the life of a serial rapist/murderer would make you just as much of a serial rapist/murderer, but that wouldn't quite be the case would it?

  • so if one man continuously kills for the hell of it, why not get rid of him?

if someone rapes babies, why not get rid of them?

why are people trying to protect the wrong people?our world is backwards.....

  • This actually made me cry, what a horrible thing to do. :((((

  • THE DEATH PENALTY IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE COLD BLOODED MURDER. MURDER IS MURDER

  • a lot of people deserve to die... corrupt politicians, managers of corporal businesses and in general powerful individuals who manipulate the masses and decide who to be poor and starve and who to unduly have an opulent and luwurious life. I would love to see all of them hung. And as long as we want justice we sould let the scum be killed.

  • having an iron rod stuck through your head is pretty nasty and painful, sucking your brain out is too. i believe we call that abortion. i believe mr. obama supports this form of death penalty, i wonder if these people get "fair trails"

  • "Killing someone for whatever reason continues the cycle of violence" Couldn't say it better than that.

  • Killing someone... whether he or she is a murderer... is wrong.... isn't that basically muder? And its wrong... I'm totally against DEATH PENALTY but if someone killed someone I love.... then they get the death penalty. End of story.

  • @CIITYLIGHTSXO but how does that make you any better than them

  • @irishgodfatherchris How does that make me any better than them? Well I never murdered someone.

  • @CIITYLIGHTSXO no you haven't but when the prisoner is put to death thats exactly what has happened, the prisoner is murdered by the state

  • Why does it to be humane? Did those criminals choose a humane way to kill their victims???

  • EXECUTION IS JUSTICE !!!

  • execution is MURDER!!!!!

  • Most people are NOT executed for violent crimes.

China will not disclose how many people it executes each year, a huge number are killed for political descent; their organs are frequently sold for transplantation.

Islamic theocracies like Iran, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan execute people for a huge number of things including apostasy (rejecting Islam).

Christian converts from Islam face the death penalty.

    Women stoned to death!!!!!

  • if you kill someone you should go to prison end of.

killing someone, no matter who is still murder and murder is wrong.

it doesn't matter how you kill someone it's still wrong.

anyone who agrees with the death penalty obivoulsy has no value for human life and is just as bad a murderer themselves.

  • Bring back capital punishment for terrorism and murder. I am sick and tired of listening to this rubbish about how it took 18 minutes for a condemned CRIMINAL to die - did these criminals give any thought to their victims? Amnesty International harps on about the Human Rights of convicted killers - what about the Human Rights of their innocent victims?

  • @drmartyn shut up and go fuck yourself govermnent piece of shit

  • @VampiresBiteHard666 Do you eat with that mouth???? Lovely language for a "supposed" liberal. You would change your tune if someone close to you was murdered BRUTALLY, and ended up getting 6 years in a luxury prison with 3 meals a day, central heating, gym-facilities, internet acces and free education...

  • @drmartyn SHUT THE FUCK UP NAZI PIECE OF TRASH I BELIEVE IN ANARCHY AND I DO NOT SUPPORT THE DEATH PENALTY AND I NEVER WILL

  • Comment removed

  • @drmartyn ok i see your point sorroy for yelling i tend to get easly angered :( its fun being a punk rocker buts its hard to control the anger

  • So we should kill people to show that killing people is wrong?

  • @irishgodfatherchris. Quite simple, really. We are not degrading ourselves by killing them with REASON. We did it for the greater good; they did it out of money, monsterness etc. The intent creates a huge gap between the two.

To put it in an example: a knife. You use a knife -- violence -- to mug people out of their money. You use a knife to protect someone's life. The difference? Intent.

  • @irishgodfatherchris. Justice is, in a way, about revenge. If you don't agree with 'revenge,' then why do you put criminals into jails? It's revenge for the innocent, isn't it? Willful ignorance, please.

  • @TheSesela consider this an eye for an eye makes the world blind. If someone murders another person they are a gutless individual but how does killing them make us any better all we've done is lower ourselves to their level

  • The "an eye for an eye leaves everybody blind" argument is absurd. The simple principle is this: Do not do things to people that they do not want to have done to them (rape, murder, torture, etc) and you are fine. If it can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that one does those things then you get deleted like typing mistake. Now seriously, whats wrong with that?

  • @aristurtle1 you cannot be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, there will always be doubt no matter what, the death penalty no matter what people say is not a deterrent, its petty revenge, if they kill someone then we kill them how does that make us better than them

  • @irishgodfatherchris I never said it was a deterrent but it does prevent further offences. Take for example a child molester who has a high risk of reoffending, it is very difficult to rehabilitate these people so what I am proposing is that these people are viewed not as a an important member of society worth spending time/money on, but rather as a disease or cancer that can be cut off with little or no cost leaving everyone safer now that they are gone.

  • 30,000 men rape and kill your family. Do you want to give half your income to keep them in prison? I didn't think so.

Those who do NOT believe in the death penalty, get together and pitch in your money to help keep them alive. I'm fine with that.

  • @strapen2good

"30,000 men rape and kill your family. Do you want to give half your income to keep them in prison? I didn't think so."

Well since it costs more to kill someone through the death penalty than it does to send them to life without parole, that whole argument is flawed.

And before you call me stupid for thinking this, do some research and you will see i am right.

  • Yes, go send killers to jail and give them food and then they can learn more about crime inside from other criminals n when they get outside they'll know a lot more. Court fail.

You like to kill? You get killed.

You like to rape? You get raped.

  • @proGaimz

    So incredibly narrow-minded

  • @wehavebiscuits Tell me why. Now I'm not saying we should kill everyone who commit crimes, that was just sarcasm. But would you REALLY wanna send a motherfucker to jail if he killed your whole family JUST FOR FUN?

  • @DrunkXpunk87. Fuck yourself. You don't feel bad for the victims? IT's either me or your existence is sheer worthlessness because of your utter stupidity. I don't know why there are others like you who would support you.

  • @SamuraiX496. And you can't go on calling him insensitive. Justice and Life are heartless and insensitive. Why should he or I be any different from those two forces that govern the world?

You get what you give. <--- Basic law of everything.

  • @SamuraiX496. And why are you suggesting to trygve to show sympathy for a bunch of murderers? There can be none to monsters. There is no greater value than life. By killing a person, their deliberate act of killing without moral reason strips them of their own right to exist. Mercy to murderers is simply another way of expressing that you are DEVALUING the life of the victim and instead VALUING the life of a killer. It is thus a trade of evil. It is thus the victory of death over life.

  • NOT ALL countries are the same. Today, the US legal system is NOT as bad and corrupt as the legal systems in South America, which, by the way, are total BULLSHIT. Even South Americans can't deny that.

  • This is why I cancelled my membership of Amnesty. What a bunch of hogwash. This video does not address the principle of capital punishment, but rather mistakes that are inherent to the legal system in general. Should we abolish prison sentences because of innocently convicted people? Also, why not discuss the murder victims and their families, as well as the impact on society? Amnesty practices selective empathy. The notion that the state can never justifiably kill is ridiculous.

  • @Krifko Your comment assumes killing is justifiable in any sense. Murder deserves severe punishment, yes, however killing someone because they killed someone else is one of the most primitive things about society today. We're not neanderthals, we are (most of us) highly intelligent beings with a sense of morality and rationality. To support the death penalty is to revert back to these primitive notions, no matter how justifiable it may seem, and hinders us as a species.

  • @Krifko

    @Krifko

While I understand your point, there are also many practical reasons to abolish the death penalty not mentioned in the video..

It's cheaper to have people imprisoned for life, and more effective at deterring crime for life in prison, for starters.

And, imprisoning an innocent person =/= killing an innocent person.

  • So, in a murder case, tell me why the victims have to die while the murderer can still alive? Why so unfair?

  • @samuraiX496 because everytime a murderer has so called be redeamed they go and comit aother crime they are trash and the world will be a better place without them.

  • this video is BS the death penalty is the only just punishment for these animals!!!!

  • @Grimwed how can you think that???????

  • Comment removed

  • I'm not crazy about the death penalty, but it's annoying/funny to hear Germans oppose death penalty. Many young Germans do not know that death penalty was abolished in their country to save Nazi Germans that worked for Hitler.

  • how old do you have to be to join that amnesty international thing?

  • @SamuraiX496 Some of the murders by the German BND known to the public:

Uwe Barschel (politician), Jürgen Möllemann (politician), Heiner Gehring (author), Martina Pflock (political activist), Tron (internet activist),Karl Koch(political/internet activist),Bernd Seiffert(human rights activist),Kirsten Heisig(author/judge),Fritz Bauer(persecutor of the Frankfurt Auschwitz processes),Markus Bott (human rights activist)

Google the names and check out my channel and homepage

    Join the real thing

  • anyone who thinks that there is a humane way of doing it is wrong

KILLING IS NOT HUMANE IN ANY WAY!

  • @SamuraiX496 i dont care if it's humane as long as they die.

  • @Grimwed why do what them to die?

you've never met them but for some twisted reason you want them dead?

the death penalty is supposed to tell you that killing is wrong, what kind of hypocritical message is that?

if someone kills sommeone and someone else murders them do you call it justice?

    I call it brutal

  • @SamuraiX496 you kill someone=you're dead.

I can't see how that is not justice.

  • @Trygve12345678987654 thats because your pathetic mind cannot understand the principal of basic human morals. You only believe the equation that you just gave me because it is easier for you to get your head round than normal humane values.

  • @SamuraiX496 I like the way that when I say I disagree with you, you go ahead and tell me off. And by the way, talk to the people that lost one (or more) of their family members about humane values. It is the murders that should have that.

  • @Trygve12345678987654 I'll tell someone off if they believe in the slaughter of defensless people innocent or not. not everyone shares your views, if i lost someone to a murderer id want to deal with them myself rather than have the government kill them. but i still wouldnt do it. imagine being one of the innocent people on death row waiting to be killed and knowing hat you have done nothing wrong yet you still have just weeks to live. You dont care about them as long as it doesnt affect you.

  • @SamuraiX496 It will never affect me. Because I will never kill someone. The people that do, though, should get killed by state.

  • @Trygve12345678987654 but the fact that you dont care just confirms my first impression that you are completely insensitive and have no feelings for the people on death row.

  • I think killing a person is better than put him in the prison for a whole life. Can you imagine what it is like to be limited in a small area, dealing with the same people, living in a small cell for many years? That will make one mad. Freedom is a basic human desire.

If you were dead, your consciousness would be gone already and have nothing to make you unhappy. Probablly even start a new life in another world, who knows. But better than in jail, at least it's my personal feeling.

  • @UltramanII

they are in jail for a reason

u shouldnt take away their suffering of being stuck there

    its a lesson to learn

  • If that's the case, why not sentence all of your servicepeople to death, as they are killing others?

And what of your politicians who decide to go to war?

What of those Judges who mistakenly sentence innocent people to death based on lax evidence?

What of the swimming pool manufacturer who created a faulty drain?

What of the automobile manufacturer who created a faulty brake or wheel or engine?

The questions will go on until very few people are left alive.

  • Also, some comments on here advocate the death penalty for anyone who 'destroys the lives of another'. So I am to take it that, as you did not specify whether its those who end lives deliberately, you would sentence those to death who would previously have been convicted of manslaughter.

Those who make mistakes such as DUI leading to a death, or leaving a manhole uncovered, or an electrical cable unprotected should be sentenced to death as well.

Anyone who is responsible for a death should die?

  • That being said, other people will believe different to me.

But I stand by my argument that the death penalty should be completely abolished. If not to cause more suffering to murderers than would be caused by a quick, pain-free death, then certainly for those convicted and sentenced to death for crimes that they did not commit.

    Which DOES happen!

    And THAT is state-sponsored murder!

And those who support it ARE accessories to those murders!

  • Also, I do see death as the easy way out. Being that I don't believe in an afterlife or a judgement, and being that (partly as a result of that) I myself am not afraid of death, if I were ever to commit such an atrocity, the one thing that I would fear is to have my freedom taken from me, and to sit and watch the world go by without me (locked in my cell). If its between having a quarter of my life wasted inside a cell or ending my life, I'd choose the second one.

  • The standard of evidence that I would need to apply the death penalty to someone who'd killed a member of my family is through the roof.

I might as well be spitting on the grave of my loved one if I didn't know beyond ANY doubt whatsoever that the person standing accused actually did it.

Without absolute unarguable FACT that they did it, it is highly feasible that you could be sentensing an innocent to death. And that would make you a murdurer.

  • @Frogalooninator wow you've been out thought by a 10-year old, how does that feel? A 10-year old has a more sophisticated thought process than you do!

  • No killing, abusing, or neglecting/denying each prisoner of access to daily minimum: 3cup veggies, 2cup fruit, 4oz whole grain, 1cup beans, 1.5oznuts, #of calories/height, air quality index 0-50, 8teaspoon toothpaste, floss, healthcare. • FACT: All those that have been executed have not killed again.

  • @straken9k1 Who is responsible when an innocent person is executed? Should they be executed?

  • @straken9k1 FACT: innocent have been executed so whatever your retort is it is therefore rendered invalid no matter how much you support it the cold hard truth is that innocent men and women have been executed for crimes they did not do.

  • @straken9k1 Suppose your dad was framed or wrongfully accused of murder.

  • @straken9k1 FICTION: All those that have killed and subsequently been released from prison have killed again.

  • No. Death penalty is only good punishment for worst criminals like murdereds, unlike in my "civilized" country where murdereds can get out from jail just after few years and kill more people, that has happened many times already and it sucks.

Amnesty International sucks, I will never support them. They are against humanity.

Human who permanently destroyes other innocent peoples lives with no reason deserves to get killed.

  • @Pvjinflight

blame the court, not the amnesty international. it s the court that releases murdererers for few years. they should be convicted of life sentence. it s about that we are not god to judge who should live and who should die. should we become exactly like murderers, kill them because they killed us...then what are we? arent we also murderers? there arent exception...even if u kill the murderer, how will they suffer when they are dead?

  • @kyraschon3seviron Well yeah, being in jail for rest of his/hers life is better punishment for murdered, but it takes a lot of money from government to keep them alive.

In this country life sentence is about 10 years which sucks, and our jails are like hotels for criminals.

Killing them because they killed us is the easiest way at least in my opinion, its defending others life.

But yeah whole life sentence in real Jail, not in a hotel kind of jail would be good punishment too.

  • @Pvjinflight So what your saying is if you had a choice, life or death, you would tell the judge to kill you? WTF!!! They dont want to die why do you think most plead to get the death penalty off the table. Honestly i guess you would tell all the jewish victims of the holocause that Hitler still deserves to a nice bed, three meals a day etc... If your daughter ever gets raped (God forbid) You WILL want the guy dead. You may think now you wouldent but if it ever happens you will want him dead.

  • @ilovemesomechicken Umm.. What?

  • @Pvjinflight You said death is the easy way, that they would rather have the easy way out. Then why do they always plea to get death off the table? Why give them 3 meals a day, a bed, tv etc...

  • @ilovemesomechicken because we are human beings, and that is the way human beings treat each other.

  • @TdotSoul ???? That does not explain why the killers and child rapist take pleas. Its the wasy way out to die. Id only assume if you killed someone and the state said life in prison or death penalty that you would choose life in prision. What you said made no sense regarding the queation on IF ITS THE EASY WAY OUT THEN WHY DONT THE KILLERS AND CHILD RAPIST WANT TO DIE? BECAUSE THEY WANT A BED, TV AND 3 MEALS A DAY USING THE SAME TAX MONEY THERE VICTIMS FAMILIES PAY

  • @ilovemesomechicken you misunderstand me, I'm not talking about the killer's choices. You said "Wgive them 3 meals a day using tax money, blah blah blah.." and I said because we are human beings. Only savages kill people. Justice is about punishment, not revenge. The purpose of a punishment is to correct behaviour, you cannot correct your behaviour if you are dead. Furthermore, weren't you listening to that video? Didn't you see all the innocent people that got executed or narrowly escaped it?

  • @TdotSoul HAHAHA For real? You wouldent be saying that if a couple guys broke into your house. Tied you up then raped your wife and daughter in front of you over and over then killed them. OHHHH BUT your human so i guess you would go up to the judge during the trial and tell hihm you would blow him if it meant not giving those guys the chair.

  • @TdotSoul someone truly failed in raising you.

  • @usmcgunner58 that's rich. This coming from someone who works for an organization that is the final destination for America's troubled redneck youth. Believe me bud, the army saved you from life imprisonment or death row. Now why don't you run along and risk your life to make some fat old man a fortune.

  • @TdotSoul Im a lawyer....how exactly would I have ended up in prison? I have a masters degree and a law degree. But yes, I deployed 3 times with the Marine Corps as an infantryman to Iraq and Afghanistan. My job is to put criminals in jail. So thank you I suppose, for making a complete ass out of yourself in assuming Im a criminal.

  • @usmcgunner58 IF you are a lawyer, your job is not to put criminals in jail, your job is to discover the truth, and if you were any kind of decent lawyer, you wouldn't have time to screw around on here. But I guess they'll let anyone be a lawyer nowadays.

  • @TdotSoul what a truly intelligent statement. Obviously it's impossible that ANY LAWYER WOULD SPEND TIME ON YOUTUBE. Every single lawyer on the planet, has no time for youtube, and in fact, could never spend more than twenty seconds at a time here before they went nuts. Do you hear yourself? Son, dont argue with an intellectual unless you of course are one as well.

  • @usmcgunner58 Not the GOOD ones anyway ;). Oh an intellectual are we? Well you get a gold star!

  • @TdotSoul Yeah, keep retracting your own words even more kid. If you can honestly sit there and still try and make fun of me, I feel so sorry for you. What have you accomplished with your life? What good have you done to benefit humanity, other than of course ripping on veterans? Which BTW, I hope to Christ you never say something like that to a Canadian soldier, I fought side by side with them in Afghanistan. They believe in the cause just as much as we do or more.

  • @usmcgunner58 I don't remember retracting anything! Oh boy here comes the old veteran sob story. Were you drafted? No you chose to be a veteran so quit being a victim. My acts of helping the world don't involve going around shooting enemy soldiers and civilians alike. If you must know, I am an environmental engineer specializing in environmental remediation and groundwater resources.

  • People forget that in some wars, the people on both sides are legitimately fighting for what they believe in, and people on both sides are victims. Canadian and American soldiers are no more or less victims than the men they have killed, the women they have widowed, the kids they have orphaned. But people forget this fact.

  • @TdotSoul thanks for the war criminal accusation. We're done talking now. Thanks for the spit in the face

  • @ilovemesomechicken - I agree to the rape comment.. im 17 my girlfriend is 15 turning 16 next month, she was raped by her dad.. took almost 2 years to finally put his ass in jail for a measley 20 fucking years.. He doesn't deserve to live for giving my girlfriend cervical cancer at her age.. and now she has to live with that for the rest of her life, death penalty should stay, worthless peices of shits like my girlfriends "dad" don't deserve a life for ruining another..

  • @ARedSkyInAutumn i see your point,but u c, raping doesnt cause cervical cancer mate..

  • I don't care about your nice fluffy videos - some people deserve to die. Anders Eklund, John Ausonius, Ted Bundy all have this in common - they have extinguished their right to live by killing others for no reason except their own pleasure.

  • all methods are suitable to me as long as we get rid of shit such as child molesters, mass murderers and muslims

  • Romans (Spanish: Romanos) 13:3-4 & Jeremiah (Spanish: Jeremias) 48:10b.

  • fuck off you bleeding heart assholes, the reason there are human right abuses in the world is due to gun control
