It's not quite English; the twins (and all other Japanese Vocaloids other than Luka) don't have English voicebanks, much less PRONOUNCIATIONS, so anyone wishing to have them sing in English must use phonemes, and the end result is something like this: Engrish. Mergurine Luka (Japanese tends to put a person's last name before their first name) still technically sings in Engrish when her English voicebank is used, but hers is far less noticable.

i prefer the luka/miku version, for a simple reason: len's vocals are too harsh for the lead, in my opinion. they sound better with a sweet, mellow voice, which luka definitely has.

This is actually pretty good for a Vocaloid cover. I mean, I heard Megurine Luka sing a song in English and it really wasn't very good. Why sing in a language that is a little hard to sing in when you're already ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL in Japanese? But this is a great song and the movie is always going to be a classic.
