  • C L A S S I C !!!!

  • They just keep getting better.:D

  • for all the hip hop, rapping, death metal, emo people out there...this my friends, is what the real definition of true music is. please get on the same page

  • @icemask27 I'm afraid that isn't an assumption you can make. Music is completely subjective, and you cannot dictate what people should or should not enjoy. Let people decide for themselves what they believe to be good music.

  • Wow, this is amazing. Love it!

  • I think the drummer is enjoying himself

  • Their music is timeless.

  • When I told my 15 y/o son that I was going to name him Lindsey, he was totally pissed that I didn't. Oh well, I guess he is stuck with Leroy. ;-)

  • As seen on Comments for man boobz? Da fffuuu?

  • SON-OF-GUN; JUST MADE IT!!! In 1977 "Go Your Own Way" peaked at No. 10 thus just making the Billboard's Top 10 and it spent a total of 15 weeks in the Hot Top 100...

By making No. 10 it ended a run of two straight records peaking at No. 11 {"Rhiannon" and "Say You Love Me"} and it started a string of six striaght records to make the Top 10 {this one followed by "Dreams" {#1}, Don't Stop {#3}, "You Make Loving Fun" {#9}, "Tusk" {#8}, and finally "Sara" {#7}...

  • I wanted this to go on and on and on!

  • Wtf, is the crowd on prozac or what? I'd be going fk'n nuts. . .O_o

  • @BlueFox284 Good point to make, hardly any reaction from the crowd

  • Lindsey still has the pipes and magic fingers. The best ever.

  • time after time I am back watching Fleetwood Mac videos

  • Goosebumps everytime! What a great song and a great version of it. An all time classic! Love the bass line (gets overlooked) and everything else!

  • 20 years on and Lindsey still has the pipes to pull off the beaching vocals of the chorus. The most underrated artist of all time.

  • This song makes me fuckin cry.

  • Without these kind of musicians rock music will die. Please stay alive forever. A TOP-Performance!!

  • Funny this song is about Stevie and Lindsay.

  • Did you hear Lindsey Buckingham play two notes at the same time?

  • Water 4092, I hope things work for you. Remember, the world is ending. See it all over. One thing to consider.... VOTE OBAMA OUT IN 2012!!!!!!

  • @huntingun1 Take your political bullshit to another video bitch

  • just awesome!!!!

  • wish all the people that listen to the songs on youtube a happy new year 2012 .Time flies , in 2012 i celebrate if God allowed my 58 birthday .the year 2011 was very bad , couldn t be worser .But i do hope to live long enough for standing by my daughter who is very mental handicapded .I know that lot of people lost their dear ones

  • Drummer has swag.

  • That Alembic bass is PURE SEX !! Fantastic sound and I was lucky enough to see them in the '70's. Rock On Mac !!!

  • The full concert on dvd is brilliant,i bought it for me for Christmas.

  • I think this solo ranks as one of the best of all the best!!! holy shit....it's amazing!! have to listen again!

  • @paulapaularaejohnson this song that was a big big hit in 1977 , i was 23 then is one of my favorite , i must have alll the version , the best is that from the mirage tour 82

  • 4:30 on is just so beautiful....holy crap...these guys could rock it out!!!!!

  • CLASSIC ALBUM!

  • favorite band of all time

  • This is the great rendition of the best song. I have and love the DVD. I used to have a Favorite of this by a Youtuber and it was sped up 1/4 to 1/2 beat and it was fantastic, unfortunately he took it or his channel down.

  • You buy the cd and play this song in your car on a chilly night with the windows down and your heater on and listen to the guitar solo at the end and you get so freakin' pumped!!!!!

  • Guitar solo is just stuppppppppppppppppppppppppid- so damn goooooooooood He is a genuis- the guitar is a live and seems to be talking- Can we say extremely talented?:)

  • Fantastic version of this song performed from musicians who played together for several decades. Lindsey Buckingham is well-known as a gifted guitarist. His fingerpicking style is amazing.

  • 3:46 onwards is just pure gold

  • This, for me, is THE greatest performance from FM. I've seen many and varied live performances (this song in particular) but this surpasses every single one of them It's perfect in *every* single way! It's one thing to say nothing is better than the original ... but, come on! It doesn't get any better than this and how the hell the audience manages to stay in their seats utterly amazes me! Were they 'ordered' to remain in their seats??? How could they just sit there through this song !!!

  • @frankfranklyn I agree with you totallllllly. How the hell they don't want to just embrace this pump you up vibe astonishes me- that's crazzzzzzzy. Such a perfect performance- I want to see them so baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadly.

  • I#ve heard a lot versions since 1977 - this is the best

  • Fantastic song and awsome live version.

  • no but he does look like hogan dont he lol

  • Is that Hulk Hogan on drums?

  • one of the great songs, by one of the great bands.love it

  • LOVE the percussion in this song...

  • that was fuckin awsome!

  • it's only one song who is better..........tusk from the same tour

  • @kennan56 so correct!!!!

  • Super Batteur, Super guitariste, Super bassiste, super voix ... La magie d'un super groupe !

  • I have to say here man, I love the Mac as much as anybody but when I saw em Live in Sheffield, England, 2nd November, 2009 on the Unleashed tour. I can honestly say I did'nt rate them. I thought for the performance they gave, I felt ripped off for the £150 I paid for by the stage seats for my gf and I. I would'nt pay to see Mac again :(

  • Superb. Best version on the web

  • "You can go your own way! Go your own way. You can call it another lonely day. Another Lonely day. You can go your own way! Go your own way." Amein.

  • you play without a pick crook?

  • Lindsey Buckingham is the reason I play guitar...

  • OMG they r not 50!! Get ur eyes checked lol Still no one tuches them They were and are still the best band to come outof that era..........Yes others are in that statement for me "Fleetwood Mac" were the best .........Best Rock and Rool band of the era............Hell yes i know there are tons more in the category but this one is Mine!!!!

  • You can see the drama once more when he looks right at her to tell her another lonely day - and she looks a little pissed - but such a great guitar player Lindsey is!!! Wow - they are both around 50 here and look amazing!!!

  • @98michellesanders the whole dvd kicks butt and stevie gives him dirty looks alot in the dvd i know they where an item back in the day

  • Seems like Stevie got annoyed with Lindsey when he looked directly at her and sang another lonely day - such drama - love it!! Lindsey played his guts out here - love this video!!!!

  • Mick Fleetwood is the happiest frickin drummer in the world..... Its always a pleasure to watch him bang them drums......

  • @akathelawn hahahahahaha he looks so cute!

  • im 24 and is the best song ever

  • @treva639 i'm 15 and this is the best song ever! the solo makes me cry, really...

  • @mathufar96 well your a phaggot

  • @LunnBass well, your girlfriend doesn't think the same thing...

  • @LunnBass and how can I be phaggot, if this is Fleetwood Mac, not Justin Bieber! xD

  • when was this song made?

  • @elpueblano009 december 1976

  • This song is like me...it never ages.

  • Listening to Fleetwood Mac reminds me the summer of my first love and wanting to spend all my time with my boyfriend! It lasted a summer, but hearing them takes me back. I love them always!

  • I seriously get lost in the moment when I listen to Fleetwood Mac. Bravv - Oh *****

  • @kramerolp: Thanks for answering my question =) never heard about this kind of guitar.. looks great...sounds great ..thumbs up

  • that drummer is ridiculously good

  • @nottwinz So's the other half of the rythym section. One of the finest in all rock.

  • @nottwinz That drummer is Mick Fleetwood, half of one of the best rhythm sections in classic rock, with bassist John McVie.

  • Comment removed

  • @nottwinz Known as MAC!

  • better than perfect!

  • best band ever hands down

  • anyone knows what kind of guitar he play ? thats not fender or gibson or gretsch ?

  • @kistenmichel Guitar is a Model 1 Rick Turner Guitar

Cool looking solid posing as an acoustic

  • @jerrysrow kkkkkkkk veryyyy goiood!!!

  • @jerrysrow Make that 88

  • @jerrysrow correctiion.. 88

  • @jerrysrow 88

  • Considering the history of this song, is anybody else a little weirded out seeing/hearing Stevie provide backing vocals for Lindsey on the chorus?

  • I'm sure the "dislikes" were people who meant to click "Like" but their mouse slipped :o)

I love Rock'n'Roll, although Classical (Mozart, not Elvis) is my #1 favourite. Nevertheless, who can dispute that "Go your own way" is a masterpiece? And unlike the Stones' "Sympathy for the Devil", Fleetwood Mac plays it better as the years go by.

  • its now 87 WTF :(

  • 87 people went the wrong way :-)

  • Last time I watched this video its sound had been removed.

  • @Conacastes

last time I watched it, the video had been removed altogether. SO glad its back, a great live peformance

  • Another Great American Classic!!!

  • Je les aime. Les filles sont super, le chanteur est-il toujours célibataire ? ;))

  • Je les aime

  • for real this is awesome, people who don't like sucks ass..

  • Mick really gets it, huh? I'da loved to have been there for this...what a piece of history -

  • How could that audience be so un-energetic...jerks, this was an amazing performance

  • @Jduhbs i seen that right off the bat

  • insane! Older guys can still do it pretty good...

  • 85 dumbasses in the world hate it now, proper a**holes

  • @cloudjia you should get the dvd, it is unbelievable. i put it on the tv and dance to it!

  • utterly amazing

  • i am 16 and i fucking love this song.

damn old music is soooooo good

nothing is auto tuned people have actual talent! i love it. i am embarrassed by my generation for god sake

  • What electicity there is here !

Can anyone even begin to imagine what it must be like to create such wonderful, vibrant, power and emotion on a stage...and for ever more on CD.

    A true gift.

  • A flawless live performance!! Fleetwood Mac at the top of their game.

  • Sad seeing a performance like this and a dead crowd. =[

  • This is one of the best live performances I've ever seen. Damn. Listening to this and the original recording, there's no comparison.

  • This was one of the first albums i ever listened to. My loving Mum and Dad used to play this to me as a child. I strongly believe that the experience gave me the desire to write music myself and secondly gave me an excellent taste in music. Thanks Mum and Dad for showing me what real music is.

  • John McVie has got to the biggest badass bassist ever.

  • @cptmrgn318 Nope. Lemmy Kilmister. If you put badass and bassist in the same paragraph: Lemmy Kilmister.

  • Lindsay is so dang amazing omggggggggggggggggggggggg i just cant get enough of him everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • 85 ASSCLOWNS accidently hit the dislike button

  • I have nevee seen someone enjoy drumming so much.

  • @Deanbass77 that is always what I think!

  • @Deanbass77 oh yeah watch phil collins anytime on the drums but yeah Mac is awesome isnt he?

  • Simple songs done brilliantly.

  • Simply the best.

  • Every song you ever dedicated to me was about you wanting to love me! HOW could I have been so blind?!? But I will always thank you for turning me on to the greatest band ever! I never, ever listen to Fleetwood without thinking of you, though its been many years.

  • 81 people should go to their own way and listen to Justin Bieber songs

  • Pretty good without a guitar pick. Lindsey you are one of the Greats.

  • Excellent !

  • glee.

  • Lindsay Buckingham is older than I, I'm 48,but he still has charisma, stamina, the power is still there when he sings. He's Hot !!

  • must be hard for Stevie to sing the "packing up, shaking up is all you want to do" part ,considering it is about her.

  • love this version

  • 0:39 the drummer looks like he has down syndrum

  • @andyzan120 and what if he has? you write like you have downs syndrome!

  • @Lorryize Who, Mick? Nah, hasn't got downs syndrome he's just a crazy wild sonofabitch even as he ages. Many claim he's one of the inspirations for Animal (The Muppets) and I have to say I agree.

  • @andyzan120 Give the guy a break. He's frikken enjoying himself and loving *everY* moment of what it is that he is the best at. Try looking at some of the guitar hero's and see the faces they pull when they are pulling the strings. He's lovin every frikken minute at what he does best ... and *expresses* it.

    ~F~

  • I LOVE to keep coming on back to one of the *greatest* live performance of this song!

    ~F~

  • @frankfranklyn Yeah, I'd have to say this is their best live performance. Though it makes sense considering this was more than a concert as it was a live album they all put every ounce of passion into.

  • Happy Birthday Stevie!

  • I love glee, I know this song from before but sometimes I forget who sings them and when I hear them on glee, it reminds me how much I used to love it so I inmediactely run to download them (the original) so thanx glee.

  • there should not be a dislike button except for the justin beiber and rebecca black videos

  • I've seen them two times also. Great song. How could 82 people not like this. I think they do it just to piss people off.....or they are just really stupid.

  • Fucking Glee, least we still have the Best performers :D

  • Every time I watch any of these videos I feel like I can feel their emotions... SUCH a powerful band and SUCH a beautiful song. Why can't people still make music like this?

  • INCREDIBLE GUITAR BY LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM !!

  • My mom sounds like Stevie Nicks , her , Barry , Lydia , and Billie sing this at the Station House at hte Chattanooga Choo Choo. Tim is the guitar player , and he's AWESOME! I hear this song all the time , but it's a great song!!!

  • Awesome!!!

  • He's a freak.. Seasoned like a mo-fo~

  • amazing solo, and the lyrics,.....nothing more to say, jajajaj

  • and the Oscar for best live performance of a great song goes to...
